This guy was cold, rude, uncaring, clearly uninterested and quite frankly ignorant! For a little 12x8 shed his rough estimate was $1, 200.00 and then he just said goodbye. Your customer service skills suck and reflect very poorly on your business. You can trust your of professionalism and customer courtesy will be discussed amongst my self and other homeowners!!

Rod's wife Leona cleaned all windows while Rod hosed the window screens. All these jobs were done professionally with excellent results. Now planning to replace 2 basement windows. Rod and Leona are pleasant to work with and take pride in their work.

The job did not begin professionally -- on day one, my basement tenant's unit was accessed without care, left dirty, and an electrical issue was caused by the contractor's team. From there, the project continued to fall short. Several parts of the work were either done incorrectly or left incomplete. The contractor even installed the wrong flooring -- a mistake he acknowledged -- and still expected me to pay for it. Despite promising to return and finish the job, he never came back. I raised my concerns respectfully and gave multiple opportunities to resolve the issues. Instead of taking responsibility, the contractor responded with personal attacks and baseless accusations about my integrity and honesty -- which was both unprofessional and completely unwarranted. I've since spoken with other contractors, all of whom confirmed it will cost more than the outstanding amount just to complete and fix the original work. I would absolutely not recommend this contractor to anyone. If you care about professionalism, accountability, basic respect and decent quality look elsewhere.

This Contractor was hired to do work on our home. Removal of walls were done all uneven, window removal and fixed all crooked & not refilled properly. My floors were not leveled properly soft spots. Painting was slpattered all over our new flooring which was not covered or cleaned. Electrical outlets were put in uneven and burnt out. Money was paid in full & everything we asked to preform something in the house he would charge $250 just to agree to do it but all work was not completed. This contractor definitely should not be recommended. Our money was taken and work, rooms, painting, plumbing all damaged & unfinished. Money was taken for uncompleted work. Definitely make sure to take photos before & after that is what is helping us with the lawyer.
