This was the BEST decision that we could have made. We were aware of his professionalism and quality of work, but were surprised at how personable he was and how he tried to customize each experience for his clients. Raghu Uncle immersed himself in our event. Leading up to the engagement party he was thorough; he tried to understand the type of shots we like to see, i.e. candid vs. portrait or colored vs. black / white, so he could deliver on the day of the event. He made himself available by phone, text and email to alleviate any concerns that we may have had leading up to the event, when stress levels were greatest. When asked, he was willing to go outside of the purview of his role as a photographer / videographer to ensure that our event was perfect by lending advice based on his experiences. After our engagement party, despite having other events to work, he was still accessible. Equally important, he delivered our engagement photos in a timely manner. This is an important consideration for all those looking to hire a photographer / videographer - how quickly can they edit, finalize and deliver the photos from your event to you. Raghu Uncle was able to give us ours in less than one month, despite being fully booked for other events. This left a lasting impression with us. Naturally, given our amazing experience during our engagement party, we hired him and his team for our wedding - despite it being in another city. Raghu Uncle quickly went from just another vendor to a friend. We had our pre-wedding shoot in another city, again, no issues from Uncle. We spent roughly 10 hours this day (including a break for lunch) taking photos. Throughout it all, Raghu Uncle was encouraging and enthusiastic. We were able to do three wardrobe changes and took shots from three different locations. Raghu Uncle saw that we were having fun and in turn, he was having fun. As I mentioned before, he tries to customize each experience so that it's perfect for the couple. In the end, we had a ton of photos in our arsenal! Finally, it was time for the wedding week. Raghu Uncle photographed and recorded four events for us. Throughout each of the four events, Raghu Uncle and team were where they needed to be. I'm certain that no stone was left unturned and no key moment went unphotographed. This speaks to the quality of their experience and moreover their attention to detail. To touch on one more aspect of our experience with Raghu Uncle, before moving on to costs, it has been a little over one month since our wedding has passed. At our one month mark, Raghu Uncle posted a few pictures on Facebook from our events. This showed me that we weren't just another number or event to him; it was a nice personal touch. We truly believe that Raghu Uncle and team are the best available and the easiest to work with. He was referred to us and it's only right that we pay this great experience forward to the next couple. Of course, like with all vendors, money is a relevant issue. In our experience, Raghu Uncle was the type of vendor to work with you. His primary goal was for us to have the best experience possible and not be overwhelmed with costs. My sense is that he is looking to make a fair and equitable accord, as opposed to becoming an overnight millionaire. He was genuinely the complete package - professional, personable and affordable - while delivering high quality shots and videos in a timely manner. I've been nervous to write this as I don't like to share negative reviews. However I feel it's…read moretime. I have been incredibly disappointed with Seem photography in regards to my wedding experience with them. I picked Seem because they did an amazing vibrant job on my glitter photos. When I booked them for my wedding and received my bridals they all had a vintage sepia muted tone. (Picture included) while I loved the actual photos, I was not pleased with the edits so asked if they could brighten them, considering I wanted them bright and they were taken outside. They claimed "that was their style" and that a different photographer does weddings so the tone would be different. I accepted that and was hopeful the wedding photos would not be as muted in color tone. It took 10 full weeks for me to receive my photos, and not until the 10th week mark was I told that 20-22 of my photos were corrupted, I felt they were putting mine off because they didn't want to tell me what happened. They tried to placate the situation by giving me a free large print on card stock valued at "400.00" (it sure doesn't look like it's worth 400 dollars). To me that was not acceptable, a 400 refund or offer to take a small studio session of me and my two best friends and family since those were the corrupted files would have been a much better way to make up for the corrupted files. When I told them I was disappointed they got incredibly short with me and simply asked for my address to email the usb. I do like about half of my wedding photos, with that said I was hopeful that I would be pleased with many more than just half. I also feel that they have gotten very greedy. I have to use their very expensive printing service if I want to print any of my wedding photos bigger than 8x10 because they compress the images and make it so you have to use their service so they can continue to make a profit. This is the only reason the print was valued at 400.00. (Price gouge) They take wonderful portraits, baby photos and family photos, with that said I wish I had done more research on their wedding photos. I will say I was incredibly pleased with the male assistant photographer they used. He did a great job. While Sarah was kind, I am still upset about how the situation was handled with the editing as well as the corrupted files not being told to me until the last minute. I am not bashing this company, I am simply sharing my experience and feelings and want to make sure others know which photographer and style they are signing up for. Had I known the style would be completely different from my glitter photo shoot I would have strongly considered a different company.

I told Stacy (one of the reps of the company) that I wanted to pick up the machine to save on the delivery fee then I changed my mind because I didn't have a "guy" to go with me to help pick it up and drop off. I can't pick up and load a 100 lb machine by myself. I decided that I wanted it delivered instead and she said they couldn't make it happen because they were booked. I said that's fine but I couldn't pick up the machine and drop it off within the time frame she gave me. Latest I could pick up the machine was 3:30 on a Friday. My husband doesn't get off till 5. Same with returning, about the latest I could return was 3-4. It wouldn't be as bad if they would help with the materials and machine. Not just sit in their office having the customer do all the work. The product was great, flavors tasted fine but I wish they were more customer friendly. I wish I would have done more research in this company before renting.
