Not only did Eliza communicate directly with me several times during the week, we also ordered a cake topper from Etsy that I was afraid wouldn't come in on time so she planned for that just in case and kept in touch with me about it. She also texted the day after the party to follow up and ask how everything went. The service she provides is TERRIFIC all the way around!! She is such a kind lady and did SO much hard work to create the perfect cake and cookies for my daughter's special day!
