This project was lengthy and there were long wait times for a few materials, but the job completed was excellent! All prep work ( insulation, electrical wiring, driveway,etc. ) was completed by professionals who work with this company. The finishing work on complicated trim was superbly executed by highly skilled carpenters. One of the exterior doors was custom made by said carpenters to serve as a storm door in the fashion of homes built in the 1700s, as was a part of the house requiring this door. The level of professionalism by the builders at Hoose Construction cannot be overstated. They were punctual, pleasant to work with, accommodating, and created a high quality finished product. Then he said he has an extension of his company that handles short term rental cleaning but after the first cleaning we had to have a different company reclean as the next guests would have been very unhappy with the lack of attention to basics. he said he was refunding us after agreeing it was not the best after I pointed out what a guest showed us but never followed through on his word for a partial refund.
