I had to keep calling/emailing the office to check on status of windows. When I was told the windows would be in I had to email a week past what they told me to get an update. I understand the whole Covid thing and short staffed but I used this company to support a local business and what I got was the worst experience ever. When we did lock in an install date the 518 handyman ordered the wrong size. I was then told to fix it they could do the smaller window install and charge me more for the sheetrock, etc. for the additional work needed or go with the size I ordered but it would be $200 more a window. I would never use this company ever. Their updates were horrific and I was told something different each time. Then the day of the install I'm told sorry we have the wrong size but you can pay more if you want. Worse Contractor service I have ever experienced. Out of a 5 star I had to give them a 1 because there was no option for a 0. When the lady called me back to credit me not one mention of we are sorry about this mix up. That alone tells me what I unfortunately had to find out the hard way.

Calvin went out of his way to make the arrangement for a plumber's assist on this project to reset the toilet. While the team was here, they found a hiding issue inside the walls that will be repaired a month from now so I can make arrangements with my tenants. Had it not been found, it might have caused a LOT of damage in the future. You shouldn't be calling anyone else for your house repair needs.

He said he would do the work the next morning and call when he was on his way. The next day, Friday, he didn't call, didn't show up, and would not answer his phone. I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week.
