I gather their online store definitely has a much wider selection, but it was disappointing to find nothing. All the sections (boots, athletics, heels, etc.) were very small, and I'm doubtful they had a wide range of sizes for the shoes they did have. It was not exactly a welcoming environment. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer, so that may have factored into it. I was greeted when I came in, but afterwards, the employees just talked to each other. That's totally fine, but I felt a little awkward being there. I felt like an intruder in their conversation. I think they're used to it being kind of slow. For what it's worth, the store itself was pretty clean, and the displays were well-organized. To be honest, I never even looked at the prices because of the limited selections.

As someone who's been visiting Toledo since college, I had no clue this was even here? From what the internet says, they've been open since 2004. They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me! (unless it's Dillards, but that's rare.) Thank you to whomever put this outdoor mall here, as it's really a nice addition to a duller part of town.

They brought me over showed me a Prada beautiful but not something I would carry. We then started looking at the Louis Vuittons. I found one and assumed it was brand new. The salesperson used words like vintage I assumed it was a style. They also had me sign a form which I assumed was a warranty. This was my first Louis I had no clue and trusted the process. Well I learned it was used and it was a style that once home did not fit me. Two days latter I went to return it never carried all receipts in hand. I was told all sales are final and what I signed was an agreement to this. Notonce was I told these were used!! Not once was I explained that what I signed was a agreement to their final sale policy. When I spoke with the lady manager of Dillers Fallen Timbers she said that's their policy and could of cared my explanation. I asked if I could get a credit even trade for a different style. She said no because they can't authentic the purse. I said I never carried it its already authenticated. She said I cam sell it and the tag would let the buyers know all about this purse but they won't return it. I am soooo very disappointed! Please let this be a lesson to anyone buying a designer purse from Dillards ask questions be informed. Because they don't care aweful !!
