Right from the get go, it was clear that he is an honest person and gave us a lot of confidence that he will be able to handle the project. We had to wait a few months to get the permit approval from the city, and Micky followed up with the permit officers diligently. He had his team ready to jump in with the demo, and started working on the project immediately after we received the permits. The project took a couple of months longer than expected (in part because we asked for some changes, and in part because Micky had underestimated some of the work). But we did not mind the delay as it was clear that Micky's team was doing the work properly and not cutting corners. One piece of advice: Micky gives you accurate timelines for his material options, but if you want other options then you will have to be on top of it yourself to make sure you get it in time. This is understandable, and once we realized it, we were able to better forecast when certain aspects of the project will be completed. Micky is just an amazing human being - kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. The patience paid off. We now live in one of the best houses on the street (which was previously an eye sore). Our sincere gratitude for Micky and his team. We will seek his company out for future projects.

After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. Tiles not lined up, water leaking out the shower door, water leaking through the grout, grout cracking, water pooling in a corner of the shower because it wasn't properly sloped. It got to the point where what once was a pretty shower became a nasty place to shower in. Kenny was fast to respond, professional, and took his job seriously. He also had a punctual team who worked hard and was attentive to details. We were more than impressed with the outcome of our shower. They nailed our "accent wall with shower niche". He lives up to the positive comments stated about him. I believe he charges a fair value for his work and his team is actually quite large. My project request included the following: -- Front yard update: removing existing grass and cement bar, adding new astroturf, 6x6 cement slab, adding Decomposed Granite garden and 50 Gallon preformed pond. -- My Backyard request was to remove 1 pergola, and dividing wall, new astroturf, Decomposed Granite side and back wall with plant decor, new valves and sprinkler system. Lastly it included adding in an outdoor kitchen. It took less than 2 weeks start to finish M-Sa, and with 6-7 guys each day. They cleaned up after themselves each day and kept the haul away area to a specific area. They didn't play loud music. Just had an overall good work ethic. I'll let the pictures do the rest...

It was a total of 6 months and we did the entire first floor, parts of the backyard and balcony and painting the exterior. This included removing 2 structures weight bearing walls which included steel beams and structural footings. Relocating a gas fireplace and ac return unit. Moving plumbing, gas lines and electrical to accommodate moving the entire kitchen, adding electrical panels, and going through 2 stories. He also redid the balcony, laid poured additional concrete and came up with a creative awning for our bifold window. Dror is truly a partner in the process. He cares about you as his client and you being satisfied is his number one priority. He answered every call, resolved every issue and was always positive. I felt confident along the way that everything would be exactly as I imagined. I did work with a designer and brought in a few of my own subs and Dror made this seamless. He always went above and beyond even sending the electrician to check on our internet issue when were out of the country. Highly recommend you reach out to him if you need a contractor.
