Then they will try to get out of it later by saying "there is nothing indicating anyone ever agreed to remove late fees" and then "anything that should have been removed has already been removed". Which one is it, no one agreed to remove late fees or they have already been removed? Shady and predatory business practices. They have records of when checks are received. Keep a record of everything and don't let them charge you random fees.
