Then warned that there would likely be additional fees on top of that. When I suggested canceling, the conversation shifted from unprofessional to manipulative--implying I had no real alternatives in the industry and warning that I'd be refused service in the future if I didn't comply and would be "stuck" with the firearms as-is. A refund was not issued willingly and ultimately required a bank dispute to resolve. If you value straightforward transactions, honest pricing, and basic customer respect, think very carefully before doing business here. Look at other reviews not just here but elsewhere, this is a terrible place to do business with.
