Her…read moreoffice is gorgeous - ipads on the wall in the waiting room, TVs on the ceiling in the exam room, great distraction items for the kids, pleasant air freshener, cute holiday decorations, neat photo opp wall for the "no cavity club", the list goes on... We were seen quick and scheduling was a breeze. The hygienist took the time to personally review my child's special needs with me and took careful note of important instructions (i.e. my son aspirates thin liquids and cannot have water squirted into his mouth). Dr. Becky's recommendations were on point and reasonable. While being child-friendly, she delivered the necessary advice and care my children needed. They were happy to leave with a goodie bag full of quality samples and prizes for good behavior. Moreover, my kids received a hand written note later that week from Dr. Becky encouraging and reinforcing the brushing that was discussed at the appointment, and she even included some extra stickers for good measure! They can't wait to go back to the dentist!

I finally said something about the hours/wait times and the receptionist said she's a specialist and she's the best so she can do that...She has kids too. I totally get this but it rubbed me the wrong way. The care is good but the wait and the attitude I don't like.

I hate coming here even though my kids love the dentist. Here are some things I dislike: 1) They do…read morenot allow parents back with their child(den). I have to insist and then they treat me like I am overbearing. I'm sorry, my kid is 4 and you're a stranger. I would like to be involved, witness procedure, be there to comfort. 2) All during Covid Dr. Becky's mask was often worn wrong and below her nose. She sees tons of patients and exposed to multiple people! What?! 3) Even when I make the first appointment of the day, I wait FOREVER. Typically, takes us back 20-35 minutes late. Often blames it on the weather (it's only rain). One time my child was cleaned by a hygienist and we were waiting to see Dr. Becky to be "checked", my child couldn't eat or drink until after 11:30. Dr. Becky didn't even come in until close to noon. I have never been in and out in less than 1.5 hours. My kids have only ever had X-rays and cleanings, no cavities. I cannot continue to wait forever here for appointments, for being seen for the appointments, and then to be seen after being cleaned by a hygienist. Every time they go (ever 6 months for 6 years), I give them another chance with another appointment, and it is the same. How can you be late for every appointment? It's just disrespectful for everyone's time.

She really enjoys going to this office and asks when we can go back. Her first dentist experience was awful at a different office. She cried the whole time. This was both of my kids 2nd visit here. I really appreciate the extra things they do to help the kids have a positive experience. Dr Amber was supposed to extract one tooth of my sons at the end of the month for his orthodontist. I really appreciated that she looked at what she would be extracting and was honest with me about not wanting to extract it, and to send him to a oral surgeon. Thank you for that . Thank you to everyone in the office who goes out of their way to make sure my kids have a positive experience.

They do an excellent job at Working with children. They teach them in a way that ensures they understand. My daughter knows that she must always brush and floss her teeth or she might get a cavity and the she won't receive her "certificate." She looks forward to going to the dentist because of the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. Get them in the habit of going while they are young.
