But from the moment I walked in the door the staff helped me calm down, relax, and get started on fixing my smile! Mika the hygenist is great! Talks you through the process so that you're not really fixated on the fact that someone is in your mouth with metal tools... Dr. Laubmeier was perfect in the way that he talked to you about the issues he found. It didn't seem like he was judging you, which i've had at other places (hence the reason I avoided the Dentist for so long probably) and finally the office staff are great in the way that the explain your Insurance, Payment options, and scheduling for you. Even though I'm terrified of getting dental work done I'm excited to go back here next week and get started on fixing the years of Pepsi, Coke, and Blow-pops.

Nevertheless, if you find yourself in such a predicament, this would be the place to go. My experience at Southwest Endodontics & Periodontics was lovely from beginning to end. Dr. Vig was so very kind and pleasant. He made the entire procedure a pleasant experience. Granted, I wish we could have met under different circumstances (or not met at all! lol) and I hope I don't have to cross paths with him again (brush and floss, people!) but he was an absolute joy. Highly recommend. All the front desk staff persons were easy to work with as well.

Scheduling my appointment a few months ago was a breeze. I actually initially was supposed to come here in March but I had to cancel the appointment. I was able to get a new appointment for June (today - June 9th). I walked in today and was greeted by the receptionist Amy. I had being in contact with Amy before when I called the office. She is super nice and friendly. She answered a bunch of my questions. I had already filled out the new patient form and emailed it to the office a few months ago. So once I arrived here, all I had to do was hand over my driver's license so a copy could be made and then wait to be seen. DENTAL WORK -- One of the assistant's (Angela?) first took ex-rays of my tooth. She then removes plaque buildup and cleaned my teeth. Next, Dr Ross came in and looked at my teeth while touching up removing plaque. I asked about my x-ray and he stated that everything was fine. I had lovely conversations with both the Doctor and his assistant. This is a family friendly dentist office. The waiting area has some books and magazines to read and even a few toys for kids. This building was a former house and previously used by another medical business before being turned into Dr. Frank J. Ross's office. I'll be back for my 6 month checkup.
