The salon owner did the entire process in one day. I knew that was bad news. My daughter told her that she did not want a haircut but I the owner insisted on cutting her hair. She completely butchered her bangs and took them up way way too far. My daughter's bangs are orange and look like a toddler cut them. My daughter's hair is falling out all over her head and there are huge chunks missing. My daughter has been crying since her visit to the salon about her hair. She was nice to the lady because she was afraid to say anything while she was there. She doesn't do well with confrontation so she came to me. I confronted the woman and told her that there was some serious damage and I would like my daughter to be refunded. She apologized profusely and promised a refund and then completely quit communication and she will not answer her phone or texts. So now we are left with taking her to small claims court. She charged $630 and my daughter's hair still is not the color she requested, her hair is butchered and falling out. We later discovered that the only reason the owner insisted on cutting her hair is so that she could try to mask some of the damage that was done. The owner continued to say that she would like to do a treatment on my daughter's hair to help with the damage but my daughter is afraid to go back and I don't blame her. Besides, there is absolutely nothing she can do to stop this hair loss or reverse it. My daughter went back once for a wash and her hair was so matted and thick she couldn't take a brush through it. I have had to fix so much damage and build up because of the salon. The products alone have cost me over $200. This woman claims to stand by her work and she claims to care but she will not do anything when it comes right down to it. Still no answers and no refund!

I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

She's right in the center of all the food, coffee and shopping places I frequently go to. The salon is super clean and the very well designed. I believe the super high ceilings keeps the chemicals and heat away from you. I only got a hair cut but I wasn't bombarded with any toxic or hot air. When she did my shampoo it was nice to look at the pretty tree painted skylight. We talked about possible styles... no too short but still enough to get rid of my horrible split ends. I've been going to cheap places like Supercuts unfortunately. It's a complete 180° experience. Samm is an artist and a true stylist. I let her do her thing and I am absolutely glad I did. I came in a hot mess mom and left feeling so pretty and confident! She even did some loose curling after the blow dry which no one has ever offered and gave my hair that "wow" factor.
