Some backstory (if you care), I'm originally from Houston and moved to DFW in May 2022 after getting married. I had been going to my Curly Hair specialist in Houston since 2016 and tried to continue going after moving, but it was just not practical and sustainable with my hectic schedule. I knew I needed to find a new expert, but I'm sure everyone reading this understands how stressful this process is. I did extensive research to find a DFW Curly experts and came across 2 options and Lorens was one. She actually even recommended the 2nd person I was already eyeing in case her own availability didn't work for me - shows you how sweet of a human and supportive of her fellow curl experts she is! After looking at reviews, pictures, her socials etc I booked an appointment and I am thoroughly satisfied! My curls have been on a journey since 2016 and she took the time to understand that journey and me! She is truly more than just a hair stylist. Although I had experience with curly cuts and other curly hair related appointments in the past, she still treated me with the same amount of care and educated me and made me feel amazing about my hair and self when I walked out!
