My understanding of…read morethe technician's explanation that 'there is nothing more they can do to get the lost data back' was because the owner was out sick and they were short staffed. Subsequently, the owner reached out to me, and has done everything possible to resolve my situation. He took the time, and made the effort, to get my years of lost emails back from Microsoft. This was a devastating, and time consuming, experience. I am grateful for the owners efforts towards my circumstances and have confidence he has my company, and me, protected from any future loss of data.
