Highly recommend! Thankfully, I have dodged the Corinavirus so far but my laptop became infected. This is my second time using Justin's remote repair services and it was quick, easy and convenient. Computer repairs are like auto repairs, there is no convenient time for either. As a freelance writer with looming deadlines--I need my computer! I set up an appointment through the website in the morning for that same afternoon. Then, I was sent an email with instructions to allow access to remotely repair my computer. Justin called me before and after my session to explain everything. It was nice not having to pack up my laptop and have it sit in a shop for several days. Justin is very friendly. He diagnosed my laptop, ordered it a new solid state hard drive, installed it, and partitioned it for me all in a week for about 300$ total. He even cleaned my laptop, which is awesome because it was pretty disgusting. No complaints at all come to mind. It's also really awesome that he does diagnostics for free. A reasonably priced, honest computer repair place. I had a netbook running XP Justin fixed it in less than a week. Then when my less than 2 year old desktop was no longer under Dell's warranty he pointed out that since I purchased it at Costco it would be covered by them, instead of me paying him to fix it. So when our friend thought his laptop was toast and didn't like the $$$ of a new one we recommended Dog on Fire. In less than a week he installed new hardware and cleaned it up as good as new. Well, I appreciate their no fee diagnostic service. It saved me from having to spend money to be told my laptop wouldn't be worth repairing so right off the bat that is amazing. I brought another computer in for repair and they diagnosed it was a virus infection and had it repaired within a couple of days, and ANOTHER laptop I had was a bad LCD and they somehow had a new screen on hand and had it installed the next day.
