I've always gotten my oil changed there for the past 8 years or so, and put tires on several vehicles at decent prices. Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!

While they so graciously refunded the cost of the oil change, which essentially admitted guilt, they refused to reimburse the cost of the tow, repairs, hotel & Lyft. After calling Valvoline to make a claim, they said I would get a call back. Instead I had to call again after 4 days without hearing back from them. Ralph, the area manager, was absolutely rude and unapologetic. He is not a good representative of this company.
