More bao, please! I got a duck confit and a braised pork bun. The meats were properly tender but it felt like something was missing... some fresh herbs, some spice, some stronger pickles, I am not sure. I would have liked some sriracha or chopped chilies. The pork bun had "kimchi" but it was more like kimuchi.. sweet and only a little salty without any heat. Sadly the same as what they offer at their brick-and-mortar restaurant. They were tasty but I feel like they can improve on it. I want to give 3.5 stars but I'll start them out with 4.
