Parking is shared with all of downtown Duluth's parking area meaning that over the weekend it can get quite busy. Service was quick even while the shop itself seemed a bit busy. My husband and I each ordered a drink. A flavored latte for him and a matcha with cold foam for me. The prices are decent and they also offer rewards.

First time trying this place. I really love the honey oolong milk tea, It was really sweet. I got my drink pretty quick even though I saw a stack of cups. But what really made me kind of upset was a guy was on his phone right in front of the cashier while two people were in the back making drinks. He didn't help or anything, he just stood there on his phone. I don't know if he's the manager, but he didn't look like one. And i don't know if this place allows their workers to be on their phones while working, but I hope it doesn't happen again. But I would definitely come back again. read more

I've been to this location several times over the years. This by far is my favorite boba tea franchise chain. I usually get my standby bubble milk green tea drink. Some places are cheaper but the containers are smaller too. Overall this is a good place to hang out if you and your crew want a comfortable place that has boba.
