This location was unable to handle this order and rather than accommodate us were rude, inflexible and argued with us about our order ("We don't make that! We can make it again but WON'T do it as you ordered. You didn't get that HERE!") They acted as though milk tea with brown sugar boba went against their deep artistic visions and very much offended them. Don't go there. The staff is the worst. read more

Kung Fu Tea has to be my favorite boba tea chain and I was so excited when I found out there was one in Savannah so I had to try it. Inside was very cute with little seating. I liked how you could see the toppings because all the other Kung Fu Teas I've been to I have never seen that before!! The staff were super friendly. We were thrilled to find a Kung Fu Tea right around the corner here in Savannah. We were craving a Boba tea and loved the red bean slush with boba and the honey oolong tea with Boba. My friend and I order a Herbal Jelly and Mango Fruit Tea. Well, my Herbal Jelly is really sweet while my friend's the mango fruit tea taste bitter after a few minutes later. We ended up trading our drink as I can't stand the sweetness and she can't stand the bitterness. Overall, the drink is 3/5 but they ended up giving us a lot of topping so I put it up for 4/5 out of their generosity. read more

This place is great addition to Savannah! Ordered over the phone and had lots of questions about making my own bowl...Melissa fixed me up and made some great suggestions too! When I picked up, it was ready and she threw in a couple of the sauces to try so I would know what they tasted like for next time. There was a good crowd there and the girls behind the counter were spot on fast, friendly and helpful. There were generous portions of the Tuna and veggies for 2 people! I was so excited to see KFT in Savannah! We missed it upon arriving, as the sign outside says "Bowls and Bubbles, serving KFT". This suite has your typical KFT fare plus a Poke Bowl bar with create-your-own options and premade combinations. Everything we had was delicious; there was a bit of a rush just after we ordered and one of our drinks was behind, but it was because the lemonade for one of the drinks needed to be fresh-squeezed (!!!). The manager was quick to recover the drink for us and spent a lot of time talking to us about her journey opening the location and her love for the city of Savannah. We decided to get a small chicken poke bowl to try the concept, and y'all- it was delicious. I wish every KFT had this option, as the one nearest to us is drinks-only. Definitely stop by for a cold, refreshing drink on a hot day, or for a delicious lunch! read more

As I entered the restroom, a very angry man asked if I was a paying customer (assuming I was not) and told me I couldn't use the restroom. At that point, I felt insulted and decided that I would not be a paying customer. I was unable to determine if the tea was good because the service was rude and unacceptable. read more

There are three Kung Fu Tea's in Atlanta and they are all amazing! I know its a USA national chain and sometimes the location varies. But you never know until you try! So today I was passing by and decided to try. First of all, the wait time was a lil longer but it makes sense because they recently opened. Secondly, I liked my order! I don't like my drinks that sweet (usually opt for 30% sweetness level) and they did a great job on that! The boba was sweet too which is a quality that I love of Kung Fu Tea's around Atlanta. Will visit again and I hope this stays in Savannah because it will attract locals and tourists! read more

Great atmosphere, and selection to the types of drinks you want. They also have some accommodations for people who are lactose intolerant, which is great for someone who doesn't want to have a horrible day when they've always wanted to try out boba for the first time. I ordered a drink for $6.10, gave a $20 bill and quickly attempted to give a quarter, not wanting 90 cents of change. The young lady said I could not do that had to give me back $13. 90 , once the amount I gave was in the machine, it can't be changed. Told her I would get back $14.15 having given her the quarter, rather than $13.90. She ignored me and her action was defended by the manager, who told me the machine calculates only the amount put in and that it would not be correct when processed at the end of the night. Not sure where they were educated, but math is math. If you put in $20.25 and give back, $14.15 or put in $20.00 and give back 13.90. The drink still costs $6,10 and the account would be equal. Not going there again, who knows what else will be incorrectly calculated. read more

The worst kungfu tea I have ever been. I ordered kungfu milk tea and it seems to have no flavor at all.

The Mango Cream is the best one! The staffs are also very friendly and the food is fresh!

boba was amazing! the menu had tons of options! the only reason we chose to rate four stars was because the cashier was frustrated that we asked for a minute before ordering, as it was our first time visiting. we made sure no one was behind us waiting to order as well, and she wasn't the one making drinks. we didn't want to be an inconvenience but also just weren't sure what we wanted. either way, we would visit again now that we have viewed the menu and tried it! read more

It was really good! I only got the bubble tea this time but I went back for more the next day because its so good! Often with new KFTs you'll find that their slushes aren't blended enough, leaving giant ice chunks but this one was great! The service was acceptable, though the servers weren't very friendly, but that can probably be chalked up to them being awkward teens. Overall, great experience. read more
