Been here a few times, and now it's my go to favorite spot for boba tea. Taro slush with boba is my drink of choice. I have also tried the s'more, oolong, and Kirby drink when it was still there. Bad customer Service, consistency of the drink are way off all the time. You better fix it before it's falling apart. You realize most your customers are asian who don't like super sweet. If you are not willing to remake the tea, please make it right the first time. Why bother provide option for less sugar where they all taste super sweet everytime. read more

I've been to multiple kft locations both downtown and Norcross the most. This one in Suwanee assi plaza is closest to my house only 5 minutes away. I come here almost everyday now I always get Oreo or coconut milk tea 2 of my favorite drinks. The workers there are very patience and nice even when it's packing. read more

I personally love anything with matcha!!! they have matcha sesame!! with added milk cap!!!! OMG this is the best combination!!! plus they have great lighting. Kung Fu tea is one of many bubble tea places in Atlanta. This location is a bit more convenient for folks who live a bit north of pleasant hill. Overall the choice and quality of bubble tea is pretty good. I like that they have options that dont involve milk or too much sugar like the passion fruit green tea. The wait is not bad either, theres not more than 1 or 2 people in line. My only minor complaint is that they always seem to have someone new working there, sometimes they don't really know how to take your order the first time around. read more

This store is my wife's favorite Asian milk tea Cafe but one of their staff is not baby friendly. We understood many store requesting customer to wear mask but sometime it is difficult to put mask on baby face if we have mask. We juts came to this store to buy milk tea for "to go" and waited for in line. Then when our turn came staff　manually said they cannot give us service if our 24 month years old son wear mask. We tried to put mask in front of him but he rejected with crying. Staff just repeated to say they cannot tale order with cold tone, if he wear mask... We gave up not make to other customer wait to longer. I feel like I was talking to ai... not human being. Many store request customer to wear mask but we have never been told it for baby. Some store has exception for Mask policy like 3years older ... Anyway, we will never visit KangfuTea chain again. read more

We go here a few times a week. The bubbles are consistently perfect. The service is always fast. The place is always clean. Our orders are usually correctly done! The servers are consistently professional. It can become crowded inside so it's hard to physically distance from other customers. But, there is ample (covered) space outside to stand (and ample parking) to wait for your drink. We prefer this location to the other two nearest locations. read more

So we ordered 3 different teas and one of the teas came out way too sweet. After one sip I asked if they would remake the tea or switch it since it didn't come out right. (Compared to a tea I ordered from a different location this was off) they said NO you can BUY A NEW ONE. I don't understand why they couldn't fix the issue so ended up throwing it out. Okay so I would give this place 5 stars because it totally deserves it but my only problem is the huge lines. Not a big problem just a bit too crowded every time i go and always has little to no more seats left. Amazing boba but wouldn't recommend staying to study or meet with friends. I used to love this place. I sent my sister to order a couple minutes ago. She went in and ordered for me. She ordered a strawberry lemonade with boba, but they gave her one without. She came back and gave it to me, and I noticed it. My boyfriend went in to ask for them to please fix their mistake, but without even apologizing, they simply said that all sales are final. Even though they messed up the order, they refused to correct their mistake. They were not very polite and were very stern. I used to love this place, but after this experience, I don't want to go back anymore, and I don't think I will. It's not so much that they made a mistake, but it's how poorly they dealt with it. read more

Came here on the weekend with the family but bryse was working the front. He has great customer service. System errors due occur but noone is to blame when things fail. It was busy so I understand if errors or messed up drinks occur, I know because I used to work at Starbucks. Anyways bryse don't worry about it you seem new so you're good but if you're in management you need to handle it a bit better understand that I returned my drink cause it was wrong and just move on and remake it but make sure it was right. You have enough staffing no need to panic you're good. Just keep a steady ship and you'll be fine. Again drinks turned out good the second time. But the management you need to not focus on the line out the door but the customer in front of you. read more

I had to go to Kung Fu Tea with my relative and the worker there confronted me asking me if I am Joseph and I said yes and she said that the Taro slush that I have ordered was a misunderstanding and that I did not have to pay more than I have ordered but clearly she did not understand that the other worker said that I had to pay more than what I have ordered. She made me not comfortable asking me if I am Joseph and no worker ask a customer if they are the person that left a Yelp review. The service here is rude. read more

I got Yogurt Grapefruit, and I've tried yogurt drinks at other places but the ones at Kung Fu Tea are the best and most consistent compared to other tea places. The staff is friendly and the store is clean with cute decorations. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!! read more

Kung Fu Tea being my favorite and go-to boba spot, I was so excited to see that they opened up a new location in Suwanee! I went during grand opening and was not disappointed at all. Even though it was busy, the workers were still so kind and patient! I ordered a mango snow with mango jelly and it tasted just as good as when I usually order it at the Duluth and Doraville locations. I always forget about the Assi shopping plaza even tho it's close by as I always default to Pleasant Hill when I need something. The other day, I remembered I could go to Assi and imagine my surprise when I saw a Kung Fu Tea. It's fairly new (about two months old). I was really stoked but they weren't open yet and I didn't feel like waiting around a half hour so I came back today and I'm so glad I did. First off, I have a minor gluten allergy and some milk powder products contain gluten. At worst, I just have itchy skin so it's not a big deal for me to trial and error. I also don't really care for the Duluth KFT so I generally default to another boba place. The girl who was helping me was extremely sweet and answered all my questions as best as she could. I decided to go forward and just try the regular milk tea (with milk powder). I had forgotten how damn good the KFT black milk tea is. I asked for 30% sugar and I think I'm gonna go with no sugar next time. The green milk tea is also delish (haven't had a chance to try at this location yet but it should be consistent). It's only been an hour since I've gotten my drink and I haven't noticed any itchy skin yet but I do know that if need be, I have GF alternatives (i.e. made with fresh milk). I'll definitely be back as it's only a couple of miles from where I live. I hope they won't get sick of seeing my face! :p read more
