I had the coffee tea and boba and it didn't have a strong coffee flavor to it. Not sure if it was just that day or if that is just how it is, but I wasn't impressed with it. Went here I think 3 times total; we didn't like it the first 2 times, but went a 3rd time for the princess peach promo. Their base tea has a weird, sweet taste. I would say it tastes like the leftover milk in your bowl after you eat fruit loops cereal. Like really artificial. The boba itself wasn't great, I think either too hard or too soft. Inconsistent. The shape of their cups (franchise) also makes me feel like I'm getting less oz than other places. They were also out of a lot of ingredients, but only told us after we ordered. I've come here a few times and the most recent time I got three drinks to bring to friends. The door is kind of hard for me to open so when I was leaving, the door hit my arm that was holding the drinks and I dropped them on the floor. One drink's lid opened up and spilled. I walked back in the store asking for paper towels to clean up and the worker told me he would make me a whole new one! I felt so relieved and also so embarrassed but the worker was so understanding! So glad that there's a new milk tea shop near me. I saw a previous review mentioning how much better it is than Braganza and Bobablastic and I 100% agree. The drinks aren't too sweet and they're packed with flavor. My partner and I got the wintermelon milk tea with cheese cap and the herbal jelly 'milk strike' with boba. You can customize sweetness and ice level and both were delicious. The crew working there are also nice and friendly and are happy to give drink advice if you have questions. read more

I came here for a door dash pick up order that was unfortunately canceled. The man working felt bad and offered me the drink that was supposed to go to the customer. It was a caramel macchiato. It was delicious!! He offered to sweeten it up for me as it was ordered with less than the normal amount of sweetness, and I said yes as I love my coffee drinks sweet. It was better than most of the cafe's macchiatos that i've tried! The employee was extremely kind and truly made my day a lot brighter. I'm always excited when there's a new boba place in town because that means more variety! I absolutely love the slushies that Kung Fu Tea offers because you can get extra sweet ones like Oreo, and fresh fruit ones like grape (boyfriend's favorite) and guava (my favorite). The bubbles (or boba) are just the right size with the right amount of chew. The reason for four stars is because I feel like service can be hit or miss. There are times I've gone during lunch where many others are ordering boba and they only have 1 worker there. Other times I've gone and I'm the only customer but there are 4 workers there. I would say that if you do end up visiting, make sure that you're not in a rush as drinks may only take a few minutes or more than 5. So just be patient, because the drinks are very refreshing and worth the wait! The ambiance is what you'd expect from a typical boba shop - cheerful music, vibrant colors, and they also have a tower of cute plushies. read more

Had a really odd experience with customer service, from the barista being unsure of how to use the Kung Fu tea app to noticing two co-workers on their laptops in the back and not helping the 1 barista (maybe they were on their break). When I chose a green tea red bean they did not have it available. When I changed my order, the lady told me that they didn't have that either..... I don't mind if certain items aren't available, but I would prefer if they put a note or crossed it out on the menu temporarily so I don't hold up a line and/or feel rushed to quickly decide on another drink. The line had 5-6 people waiting and with only one person working. It took 20 minutes to get our boba. I also never got my app situation figured out. The drink was good - boba was very nostalgic for me and had that QQ chewiness. There is some seating inside, but most people bought to-go. I think this place has a lot of room to grow but also a lot of potential since I've been to better Kung Fu Teas. I hope to see it improve if I return. -2 for not having particular drinks and poor customer service experience. read more

My husband and I love Kung fu tea and we usually have to drive all the way to Hillsboro to get it. I'm so happy that they open one in Vancouver. I decided to try and it tasted exactly like other locations. I usually order via DoorDash and they are pretty consistent. I love tea so my favorites are KF green milk tea and winter melon tea with cream milk cap. Green tea has a nice favor of jasmine. I like boba in here the most. Honestly, I don't know why I keep coming back here because they screw up my order every damn time. I try to get a passion fruit iced tea and they give me mango. It's about time I write a review about my past visits. My siblings and I would always go to KungFu Tea back in Texas. It was apart of our weekly routine since 2014. So, we were pretty bummed out when we found out that there's none in Vancouver, Washington. However, quite recently, we were thrilled to find out that a KungFu Tea has opened in Vancouver. Apparently, they've been open since last fall. They're open until 11 PM every day, so my siblings and I go together after work whenever we have boba cravings. The staff is very friendly, I really appreciate how they're always welcoming whenever we come in. Going as far to even remember our names and have conversation with us. The teas taste exactly how my siblings and I would have them in the past. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The drinks are great, and the people are friendly. read more
