Ube Coconut Smoothie was super delish! Service was the best! Our boba barista was wonderful. The place is small but worth the visit.

Nice spot, grand opening today and really enjoyed their variety of fresh fruit tea and milk tea and blended options. We were there as the last 4 of the first 100 customers so we got the goodie bags, cute jar of milk tea and some croc charms and keychain, no more stickers. Line got busy quickly and they did a 40% discount today as well. They did forget 2 out of 7 of our beverages so while we were waiting for all our drinks they just spaced out and forgot and continued on with processing more orders. So our other 2 tests didn't come until 20-30 mins later. I would say as they continue on with their business and get the hang on it will be better. Always room for improvement! would recommend letting them know if you've been waiting for more than 10 minutes to remind them as they're very busy with processing walk in orders and takeaways like uber eats etc. Very cute decor and it has very limited seating and space to stand to wait inside. Parking lot is shared with other shops and businesses nearby. Ordered their original bubble waffle as they're out of icecream or there was some technical issues so it doesn't work well. I custom made my drink as I sampled their rose milk tea and really loved the rose aroma but wanted refreshing drink on a hot day like today. I ordered paradise fruit tea with fresh fruits like a passion fruit seed, chia seed, strawberry, lemon/lime and watermelon etc and added a hint of rose syrup with extra jasmine green tea and had it overall less sweetened from other sweeteners. It came out perfect! Would recommend giving it a try if you like rose scent and flavor and enjoy a good fruit tea. we also got a galaxy drink, avocado blended shake, taro blended shake, peach lemongrass tea, sugar cane drink and my fruit tea. would come again for sure when in area, very cute place! read more

New boba spot in town! Inside is nicely decorated very cutesy. They offer a lot of options for you to chose from, there are milk tea, coffee, fruity drinks which are very good for summer time. Friendly staff and quick service even for our big order :) Drink were refreshing, boba is perfectly chewy what else can I ask for. Since Coco Boba is a new establishment and there will always be room for improvements, I just wanted to point out that most of our drinks weren't sealed properly so there was quite a lot of spillage, not that big of a deal maybe their machine was not hot enough or something. Cheers to the newcomer to the boba scene in the area. Was craving tea randomly and ordered a drink to go from Coco Boba. Fair warning, the parking lot can get really tricky since it's a pretty busy area. It took us quite a bit of time to get out of the lot so plan accordingly. Tea wise, the fruit tea was great; the milk tea was good. I got 50% sweetness but lord the drink was still way to sweet for me. Boba texture was fine but nothing remarkable. I did appreciate that I could taste the tea quite well in both the drinks and would definitely try some of their other drinks/flavors in the future. I think the caveat being that I'm going to go way less sweet than I typically do since this place caught me by surprise in terms of sweetness. Prices are fair for the current market but a little on the steep side. Stop by, check it out, and see what your take is! read more

First time here since we were around the area. little boba shop within a busy grocery /shopping center area. Drinks were good and customer service was great. Super friendly owner, we loved having conversations with small businesses owners. I love the toasted cream, highly recommend. They also have a promotion of new release chocolate on the shelves and we grabbed a couple bags. The dragon fruit and matcha ones are pretty good. Stopped in for their grand opening and received good bags with their Jasmin milk tea in a cute little bottle, as well as croc charms, stickers and a keychain. The service was good! I was 3rd in line but it quickly got busy a little after they opened. It's a cute boba shop but extremely small. The parking lot is also very small and tight. It's located in the same plaza as the Asian store and Mexican shops. The business owner was so nice and welcoming. The drinks were also really good! Very friendly staff. I asked what the HonCha was like and they gave me a sample. They give a decent amount of boba too. The mochi waffles were the best out of all the places we've been to, according to my husband. He said they taste like bibingka (Filipino dessert bread that he loves). When you buy ice cream with it, you get a free topping. The serving is a bit small (looks like they use 6-8" round waffle makers), so my pic is already when we took a few bites and it was half gone already. The blended drinks were a little icy, but I would just tell them to blend it extra smooth next time. Willing to go back and try the different toppings they have for the drinks. For Vancouver I was really impressed! While this place isn't on the same level as Bubble N Tea or Chi Cha San Chen in Beaverton it holds its own in Vancouver. I ordered a fruity tea, 100% sweetness, with boba and it was perfect. The drink wasn't too sweet, maintained its tea flavor and the boba was cooked well (not hard, not mushy). I noticed they also served Banh mi which I'll try the next time I'm there. read more
