She is not only an attentive & empathetic physician but a good person. She cares, she listens, she advises & her passion for helping others is obvious. Would absolutely recommend anyone become a patient of Dr. Krishnan. The only negative thing I have to say is that it can be difficult to get an appointment through Edward/Elmhurst/Endeavor, and their billing is awful. BUT I can't blame the physician for that, and when we first started at Elmhurst hospital it was not the corporate conglomerate it has become, she is the only reason we have stayed with that organization. If she leaves EEHealth we will be leaving as well.

I've always had amazing treatment. She answers all of my questions in terminology easy for me to understand. She's an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. She advises only on her expertise and refers out to other great doctors. It is so hard to find a non commercial doctor in this era. Apart from dedication , she also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress while chatting with her. Although she's a great medical professional she definitely understands that your mental health affects your physical and encourages her patients to be mindful of their mental health. I received bills for visits with Jasmine Wilson, who is in-network with my insurance. However, my insurance company shows the claims were submitted under Emily Jarosz, who is out-of-network. I have never seen or been informed about Emily Jarosz. I became a patient through Bernie Aguilar, who referred me to Jasmine specifically because they were in-network. When I contacted the billing department, I was told Emily is Jasmine's supervisor, but I was never informed that this would impact billing or be submitted under an out-of-network provider. I clearly should not be responsible for these charges. I first emailed requesting a manager review on 9/19/2025 and received no response for months. I finally spoke with a manager, Cristal, about three weeks ago. She said she would investigate and call me back, but I still have not heard anything. The lack of communication and resolution for a billing error that has been ongoing for months is extremely frustrating. I'm simply asking for the claims to be corrected and for someone to follow through. Patients should not have to chase an office for half a year to fix billing mistakes.

Dr. Sage is so calm, present, thorough, friendly, and supportive. Her care is evidence-based and she explains the "why" behind each recommendation. Like today, I went in for an annual physical, and she and her staff (MA Sandra is fabulous, too) explained each test, measurement, and the purpose and possible side effects of the vaccine I was given. The appointment started exactly on time and lasted 30 minutes, which is great. No one rushes you through! It is super handy having a lab in the same building. I just walked across the waiting area and was all able to get all of my lab work done almost immediately. Office is new, super clean, lovely lobby, free garage parking (if less than 90 minutes) and excellent COVID protocols in place including pre-screening phone calls, temperature taking, masks, distancing, hand sanitizer, and limited paperwork. We highly recommend Dr. Sage and our family feels super lucky to have found her!!

She agreed but I had to take a urine test. I received the results back the next day and the RX I use could not be found. She said that happens but I had to take it again. No problem. That was well over a week ago and my professional life is suffering. She insist the govt "audits" her for these test. This is BS. They think I'm a junky (even though I don't do any drugs and am randomly get tested by the company I work for). There are a few great docs there (Fair, Chan and the NGP) but I'm not a happy camper. Personally, I think it was the best thing that ever happened to them. My parents are older and have had their fair share of health crises over the years - cancer, staph, pneumonia, asthma you name it - and Dr. Kelly has always treated them right. My mom, suffers from severe asthma, and often has respiratory-related scares. Dr. Kelly has been fabulous at squeezing her in for a quick check rather than unloading her on the nearest ER. Dr. Kelly earns a fifth star from me for going above and beyond the call of duty. She makes house calls, you heard me, house calls! My dad had a knee replacement a few years back and was working with his physical therapist to get back on track; Dr. Kelly decided he wasn't progressing enough and could benefit from more therapy. Instead of offloading these increased sessions on the therapist she came to their house and worked with my dad. It was amazing and so appreciated by my mom since getting my dad out in the middle of winter while he was unsteady on his feet was not only a chore, but very anxiety ridden. I think now enough time has passed that he'll admit how beneficial this was to his recovery. At the time he winced at the thought, she's a tough cookie and really made him work. Bottom line: Dr. Kelly is amazing! My parents can't say enough good things about her and trust me, my dad is a tough customer, he won't sing the praises of just anyone. Even though I live relatively close, knowing that she's treating them puts my mind at ease, she really seems to care about her patients and get them the best care possible.

She seems to firmly believe in Health At Every Size, and has never commented on my weight. The nurses ask if I want to be weighed each time, but they always respect my decision. Dr. Kelly is kind, intelligent, analytical, and respectful. I have come to her with issues I'd be shy to take to a different doctor, but she has always treated me well. She's taken a critical look at medications and raised issues that other doctors had not (for example: one med might be causing some pain I'm experiencing). The office staff have worked me in when I needed to be seen right away. The office is comfortable with almost all chairs being bench-style without arms, and parking is easy. They have large blood pressure cuffs and use paper draping sheets instead of gowns when possible. My only quibbles are a.) the office is older (but functional and comfortable) and b.) I have found it best to schedule an appointment if I need forms filled out and hand them directly to Dr. Kelly. She's happy to take care of them, but in the past I'd dropped off a form and it was never completed. I still cannot recommend her highly enough!

She comes in, sits down and starts a dialogue of how you're doing/feeling and if there were any questions for her. Her bedside manner, as it were, is perfection. They couldn't process a credit card (HSA debit card) over the phone. So you have to walk a check over to the clinic and then send a copy of that to your insurance for an HSA claim. Great location. When CVS called and left message on Tuesday that they needed the doctor to prescribe and alternative the doctor NEVER returned the call. I dropped by the clinic to ask the doctor to do this asap and the receptionist said she was gone and wouldn't be back for 2 days.
