The comps he used were homes in a different school district (less desirable) and used 3 bedroom homes, just adding $4,000 for a 4th bedroom (which you cannot put a price tag on as we all know). When these inaccuracies were brought to his attention for a reconsideration, his lackadaisical and lazy attitude toward his job ignored them. As far as I am concerned, he is unethical, lazy and incompetent. His incompetence has cost us a contract. They don't use quality comps...None of the comps used were in the same neighborhood with the same schools. Also, the 3 comps were from 2017 and not from the first part of 2018. Better comps in the subdivision both on the market and sold were available. So frustrating. I would ask what company your lender is using....can't believe a lender would use this company, as this company does not provide a fair and accurate report.
