The person helping my friend rolled her eyes and acted like she couldn't believe someone so stupid who can't even understand their complicated system wandered into her beautiful and serene space, and would we please just leave so that she could get on with arranging things behind the desk at perfect 90-degree angles? I think they were told that their job is to make sure that everyone does everything correctly, like at the post office, and if not then go figure it out and come back when you are no longer a confused idiot. The restaurant / cafe is a big disappointment. The food was uninspired and I think the lady working there was told that her job is to make sure the glasses, bottles, etc. behind the counter are all arranged perfectly and spotless, and if she has time after all that and doesn't have anything else at all she can think of to do, then she can look up and find out what the annoying customers want and then as quickly as possible throw it down in front of them with a huff and return to her regular duties. The pool is small but well-sized if you want to relax and refresh and not so much if you want to break some Phelps' records! Swimming (or better: paddling) is amazing anyway due to the skyline view you have out of the pool. The sauna is not a space miracle as well but offers a breathtaking view in southern direction when the weather is clear. The Spa also offers some massage capabilities, a steam bath, a gym and a relaxation area around the pool. Everything's nice but a bit smaller than normal. The view totally apologizes for the fact that you might want to wait a while till the sauna is empty again (what could take some time if you go there in the late afternoon)! Could be kind of jam-packed at some point! My gilfriend liked a massage (a gift coupon from my humble self) while I was relaxing on one of the deck chairs. I can recommend the spa for a fast recreation, especially if you live nearby and can just come over!! Prices are fair. 3 stars due to little space and the limited range of possibilites. I confess I do not normally go to 4 star Hotels but I did not expect such a treatment. I went to the Spa for my hot stone massage and your staff was incredibly rude (laughing at me) because I did not reserve a slot via phone. Also, your staff did not know English fluently, which is a basic requirement in a Hotel. To be honest, I never book massages in 5 star Hotels but I understand it can be necessary (not mentioned in the website booking process). What I do not understand though is the way I have been treated by your staff, totally unprofessional. In addition, I was told that I should book an appointment at least 4 weeks before the treatment. I am afraid I do not feel capable to recommend your Spa to my colleagues. I hope it was just a misunderstanding.
