We are in Madvapes, at least four times a week! The store's merchandise selection is top notch. The employees are across the board, when it comes to assistance. I deal a lot with Kyle, who is spot on in service, knowledge, and problem solving. Patrick is another great example of such qualities. I also have found most of the female associates to be friendly and overall, helpful. However, I have observed several employees that were found wanting in the aforementioned qualities. For example, on 21AUG2014, the store was slammed! There were people waiting three deep. Patrick was the ONLY one, out of the three gentlemen, that was hauling butt to be of assistance to multiple clients. He was totally left to his own devices! The other two gentlemen took a pace of one customer per entire shopping experience, from entering store to purchase, and went at a snail's pace! My husband and I almost walked out. This would have been a first, not in having to wait for service because of the volume of business, but in waiting because all of the employees were not pulling an equal share of weight! I will say, however, that the experience I mentioned has only been once; that for the most part, service is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend Madvapes to anyone that is in this space of industry, but I do caution Madvapes to stay on top of employees that are not there to illustrate the qualities I mentioned of Patrick and Kyle. Furthermore, I do like the laid-back style of business, but do so in a friendly, service oriented frame, not leaving customers hanging! read more

Originally I started ordering from a store over the internet and was dissatisfied with the quality of product and customer service. I was thrilled when I saw a shop specifically made for e-cigs was coming to my town. I've been going there since I quit smoking in March 2014 and they've really helped me customize and enhance my experience with my vaporizer. I really enjoy doing business with them, they provide excellent customer service from the moment I walk through the door, get advice on products, make my purchase, and walk back out ... I haven't met a single person that hates working there or provides horrible customer service yet. They have such a huge variety of flavors, brands, e-cig parts to look through ... it's really amazing. AND they let you try the flavor before you buy it which for me is a huge plus because I'm poor (preaching to the choir right?). I went there today with battery troubles, a very helpful man named Darrel cleaned my battery and steered me in the right direction because I was doing something that prevented my cigarette battery from charging. Dreads, I believe is the store manager, and he is always so helpful and knowledgeable when I come in. Patrick is super sweet and I can tell he enjoys enhancing customers experience while at the store. Dear, Patrick W. Who works at Mad Vapes in Mooresville area, You've made my juice today and it seems something else was added or not properly mixed. I asked for 50/50 butter scotch and Carmel with 11mg nicotine. I came home, filled up my tank and took the first hit and I've been coughing ever since. I have extreme discomfort in my heart as if a needle is poking, I constantly cough and breathing becomes shorter every 1/2hr or so and my eyes itch and tear keeps coming out. I know I don't have a flu nor any type of health issues because I've been to a doctor last week for a check up and I was well. I hope you get fired or if you don't, I hope everyone who reads this avoids you, because you don't know what you're doing and also you don't take your job seriously as you didn't seem to pay attention about what I asked for. You're dangerous and must be addressed with proper training. Mad Vapes, I'm not going back to cause any issues nor sue for my health, because Vapes helped me quit cigarettes and many others, however, employees such as Patrick should not be allowed to work or must be trained again. First off I never right reviews but Mad Vapes goes above and beyond to help each and every customer. All of the staff members and the managers are extremely friendly, they are there to answer any questions you have and they will spend as much time as it takes to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I have never seen better customer service and care in my life and it shows based on popularity; there are always people inside and the atmosphere is wonderful. Be sure and check it out whether you want to make a large purchase or a small one, also check out the vast selection of flavors that are free for anyone to try in the store not to mention the free take home sample bottle you can pick up during your visit. Ive been a regular at this store weekly for possibly more than a year. Most of the staff is extremely friendly. The store manager is more than awesome! He really carez about the business and his customers and the business's reputation. During the past year, i have bought only 1 defective item, and they hurriedly made the situation right for me. Their products have entirely replaced any need i used to have for real cigarettes, and i feel much healthier and happier, and now i dont smell like cigarettes anymore. Every time my wife and I go into the madvapes store we are greeted with smiling faces and an extreme helping hand! Everyone in the store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the products. Not to say that anyone is better than the others but Patrick is our favorite employee there as he is never too busy to show and explain in detail all the products to us. Just wanted to add an update... I've now shopped here several times and each experience is absolutely fantastic. Selection of juice and hardware continues to amaze me. Along with Courtney's expertise, Patrick has really been helpful. He knows his stuff! He recommends products in various price ranges, but he does so without pressuring folks to spend more than they need to. Upon moving to Mooresville from Los Angeles I was used to visiting not so great tobacco stores, head shops, etc. for my vape accessories. When looking for a new spot i found this location. This specific store is absolutely amazing!! I visited Mad Vapes for the first time, yesterday 2/20/15. I was recommended by my brother, who was smoking a whole pack a day. He has successfully quit smoking for going on 6 months and lives by this place like his own religion! The atmosphere is great as well the employees. We started off with one guy that got us set up with kits, then another took over as we were trying out flavors. In my opinion, he should be running the place! Patric was a grate help on finding the right e-juice and ohm reader. grate staff we visited twice in our stay in Mooreville NC and i bought a mod and two tanks and two 30ml bottles of juice and a bottle of juice and a ohms reader the 2nd day. i will be back down that way and will buy from them more. prices on mods were good honest staff and grate all around vape shop with one of the best selections of flavors and pg free line i have found yet . i will be adding there line to the hunter's moon vapes face book page and review there also. read more

A friend recommended Madvapes when I told him I wanted to try a vaporizer. When I entered the store I was greeted by a young man named Dylan. I asked him for the cheapest one ( I'm on a fixed income). He showed me without trying to sell something more expensive, I appreciated that. He was so helpful. Awesome little shop with a great atmosphere and helpful staff! I just moved to the area and have been stopping by vape shops around town, Madvapes by far was the most welcoming. They took the time to explain how the products work and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience.
