First time I tried benefits of the doubt, probably a rough day. 2nd time I didn't get where the attitude came from as I just walked in the door & was the only customer. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. This 3rd time I wasn't excited to walk in & see her because the 2 previous experiences with her have sucked. 12:30pm, I am the only customer inside. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again. Save your time & money- the customer service here does not deserve the money we work hard for & to spend.

I'm not sure if she is worried about being reprimanded (I want to emphasize the store manager DOES NOT seem to be the "reprimanding" type if an employee has a question), or why there would be an issue with asking for assistance. However, it's caused me to start shopping elsewhere because I feel as though the young lady (once again, I apologize for not knowing her name) may not have been trained properly and therefore is uneducated in regards to the store policies, products, and procedures. Overall, the company as a whole is great! As well as the products they produce. The Cornelius location is probably the best. I just think this location could use some revisions in staff or better training so customers aren't left feeling confused or mislead. They had delta 8 infused gummies, specialty drinks, to-go canned drinks, delta 8 infused pizzas and ice cream. I've never seen anything like it. They had a big merch section, a lounge area and a photo booth with props. When we spoke to the person behind the counter, we told them what my wife was looking for and they explained all the different options. My wife wasn't really sure what she was looking for based off the names so the associate asked what kind of effect she was looking for and then offered a number of suggestions. When she decided on what to get and went to pay, I was very surprised at the price, in a good way! It was much cheaper than I had expected it to be.
