Yesterday I purchased a Joytech eGo AIO at MadVapes of Morehead City. This morning I went online to look up how to change the drip tip and found that the same exact model sells for $18-20 online. On MadVapes own website it is only $25.49 plus tax. I was charged $50, so I called the store thinking there had been a mistake. The employee who answered the phone told me I would need to come in. Once I arrived at the store another employee told me that MadVapes of Morehead City is not associated with the website and that there was nothing they would do. Obviously it's understandable why I feel ripped off. Shame on me for not doing my research before making a purchase and shame on MadVapes for not making things right. That is terrible customer service. My advice? Don't go to MadVapes, their prices are ridiculous. $50 for a $20 product is highway robbery. read more
