Check-in was simple and I think I waited just 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment to be taken back for my exam. I like their system in that I was escorted to the first room for the initial checkup with the tech. After that was completed, I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes until my eyes dilated and was taken back to see Dr. Manning who completed his exam. He took his time and answered my questions and explained things in layman's terms. I recommend Dr. Manning and his staff for your eye concerns. Everyone is friendly, professional and proficient.
