As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

They came out once, hit the duct with his fist and called it good. It has gotten worse with time I have 6 emails to them to please fix it, no response. Now we are reaching out to other companies to see if they can fix it, litigation will follow if there is a cost. this is not the way to treat someone when they spend a lot of money on a new HVAC system.

He didn't check for blockage but instead increased the pipe diameter to prevent overflow. He refused to change the control valve in another sink that has a slow leak that I shut off. He said he will not change a control valve that is not currently leaking. Now I got a bill of $95 for labor, $75 trip charge and $7.09 for materials. I want others to be aware of this. They did the plumbing in our house in 2009 but didn't matter to them. I am not looking for a discount but I want them to fix the problems I have and not just to patch it up.

He was able to order both motors from the supply house fix the furnace. I was told the furnace has parts that can be ordered and that the parts were not obsolete. I would not recommend OshKosh heating and cooling to anyone. I feel I was lied to to try to sell a new furnace when the gentleman came in to look over our furnace, he said that 21 year old Furnace. Furnace was at the end of its life expectancy. However, when the other gentleman came and looked at the furnace, he told us the furnace is built to last 30 to 40 years and parts are obtainable. All Lenox furnaces have parts that are obtainable from a wholesale house I was completely put out by this conduct I would not recommend Oshkosh heating cooling to anyone.

We had requested a call to confirm the day before the appointment and received no call or communication. There was no call or communication saying that the technician would be coming early. We did not give permission for him to enter the home without us being there. Apparantly he signed the sticker on the furnace but I have no idea how he did.

However, if you want a professional, that knows what they are doing, to get it right and not tell you "I don't know anything about these." Well... consider that before calling. Or just request a professional also with your inquiry. This will save you time, money and frustration. They probably have a professional there. We just didn't get that person. This would be fine if we were informed immediately that the company would be sending someone with no knowledge of our requests. That way, we would have went somewhere else straight away. They were difficult to get a hold of from the get go. We finally got someone out here to install a…read morebidet and see what was wrong with our water softener. He was VERY young looking. He looked at our water softener and said, "I don't know anything about these...." I showed him a pin that supposed to be attached to the softener and he said "Yeah I don't know why there'd be a pin in it." So we are paying for a plumber to come out and NOT know about water softeners? So he installed the bidet but it took him just shy of TWO hours. When he finished he said it was leaking (maybe not his fault)- but two hours for a bidet? I installed it myself at our other house in 15 minutes. The only reason we had a plumber do it was because we needed a different T-valve and he didn't get a different T-valve- he just rigged the one we had to make it work (might be why its leaking????). We do need to get a new water softener but will be using someone else to install it as they did not leave us with much confidence in their abilities.
