He was able to order both motors from the supply house fix the furnace. I was told the furnace has parts that can be ordered and that the parts were not obsolete. I would not recommend OshKosh heating and cooling to anyone. I feel I was lied to to try to sell a new furnace when the gentleman came in to look over our furnace, he said that 21 year old Furnace. Furnace was at the end of its life expectancy. However, when the other gentleman came and looked at the furnace, he told us the furnace is built to last 30 to 40 years and parts are obtainable. All Lenox furnaces have parts that are obtainable from a wholesale house I was completely put out by this conduct I would not recommend Oshkosh heating cooling to anyone.

There was a listing for Barnard Heating & Cooling (Nathan Barnard), which started business in 2024 and he stated he has 13 years' experience in HVAC and he was open on Thanksgiving Day; so, I called him and explained the situation. He said he would take a look at it on Friday, the following day. He checked it out, knowing that I needed a new furnace, he said he could install a new Heil furnace the following Monday and quoted a fair price. I told him to write it up. So, Monday, he installed the new furnace with no problems. What a difference; heats the house quickly. Nathan "Nate" Barnard is very professional and personable. As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.
