I ordered the NIGHT BEFORE and when it finally arrived the next day, my entire order was wrong literally nothing I ordered was in the bag. Then, when I called to let them know, the lady was very nice shoutout to her. They were going to resend my order until I got a phone call that what I specifically ordered from here for (Triple chocolate chip) was down to less than a gram.... super disappointed and upset that my order which was done a day ahead wasn't one of the first to be packaged (CORRECTLY) I feel like they should have let me know BEFORE they brought anything that they were out. Today was my first and last order with Kush Cart. Placed my order online and selected Debit as my checkout method. Driver showed up and was expecting cash. No biggie. Asked the driver if I could walk a block over and get the cash to which he replied no he was told they cannot wait for any period and he would have them call me to sort it out. Literally face to face with the driver, product in hand, ATM a block away and his solution was to leave so he could come back in a few hours. Completely inept business practices. read more

I explained that people know I have schizoaffective disorder and harass me by calling businesses pretending to be me freaking out. They didn't listen to me and still discriminated. Disabled people need weed delivered. They are making a really dumb choice by doing this. They made no effort to verify if the person who called them and threatened them was me or not. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This dispensary uses a payment company called Stronghold which has no website, no address, and no phone number. I spent an hour trying to make it work in order to pay, turns out it doesn't work with my major bank which the very unhelpful employee who sent me the Stronghold link knew but didn't bother to tell me. Now this mystery company has my name and financial information and I have no way to contact them. Kush cart employees were extremely unhelpful and in fact hung up on me when I asked for a phone number for their payment service, Stronghold. And it turns out that after I told them to cancel my order they made the delivery anyway, which I had no way of paying. This company is a mess.
