There are two stores side by side. One has paraphernalia and cbd products the other is direct supplies for marajuana consumption. This was my second time in this establishment. The only reason I went there was the general manager used to be a manager at new Amsterdam on Mill plain. When the employee ask me what I was looking for I told her that I needs a 1.5oz in .5oz. In medical. I had to repeat myself. When I check my stuff out only one thing was medical when confronting the store about it they lied and stated that I bought all medical marijuana. The employees are all very nice and helpful, and I often see them take rudeness from customers/patients in stride. I've not once been made to wait an unnecessary amount of time, never felt confused by anything they were having to say about returns, etc. Price and variety are about on par with other places, from what I've seen. I was a regular customer here. They have a decent loyalty program and the carry my favorite grower. That's about all that is good. They like to sit on fresh product until they sell their old stale stuff. To the point one of their growers publishes their delivery schedule so I know when they get new items but then you go there and they openly lied to me and said the delivery hadn't happened. I moved to the area during the shutdown, so I have no idea about the inside. I've used their online ordering system 3 or 4 times, and it's been...ok. Here are my issues: -I bought 2 vape batteries and 3 cartridges because I wasn't sure what they had and what worked with what. The cartridges wouldn't pull, then started leaking. I told an employee and asked if I could swap out the defective pods, she said no. She said to clean them off, and I did but they still didn't work. I don't see that battery and pods on the dutchie site, so maybe I wasn't the only one. -last time I went there, on "munchie monday" I didn't get the discount, which sucks because I spent some money. See picture. Full price on munchie monday. I have an immunodeficiency, that's why I use curbside pickup. When employees walk up to the car demanding a total, they should provide a receipt. Instead every time I've just been given a vague total (last guy told me it was under $200 and he'd bring me change) then ~10 minutes later someone thrusts your change and order through the window. I also never know how much to tip because I never know the total until I'm driving away. I think it's ok if you get the discount. Nice you can order online. I would have put zero stars had they allowed it because that is the type of service I received. I placed an online order so that I did not have to wait in line. The website clearly says skip the line by placing your order in advance...which I did. The lady watching the door said they could not find my order by name. I showed her the text confirming that it was ready and she didn't even glance at it before telling me to go get in the back of the line because they had lost it. I have been to this store many times. Prices are high, but the staff have always been pretty friendly. I was recommended a Dabstract pen. I was assured it had a no hassle 30 day warranty if anything failed, as long as I kept my original receipt and packaging. So, I decided to give it a try. A week later I purchased my wife one also. Within a few days my pen failed. I went to return it. Hassle free is not what I got. I was there 20 minutes waiting on a manager to exchange it. Only to get offered $20 off because I used it! A few days later my wifes Dabstract fell apart. I went to exchange it. This time it took 15 minutes, but they gave me an exchange. (Again, not hassle free) Today my Dabstract failed again. (Original replacement) I once again had to wait for a store manager to get out of their back room chair, taking their sweet time to come help. Except this time I was greeted by a "Karen" named Kirsten. Immediately she came out hot. I tried to explain this was my third time back for this product. She cut me off and said "Yeah, the first pen you brought back worked fine after you left". "We blew through the bottom and it came unclogged." "I am going to test yours before we talk any further." And marched out the store with my pen. She comes back tossing the pen on the counter and says "Your pen works fine!" (I have no idea of where she went or where she put my pen. Hopefully not in her mouth!) I said I dont know where the additiude it coming from. I just want to know what went wrong. I said wow, you blew through it and it works? Her response? (Yelling across the store as I was leaving )"Not my fault you don't know how to use a dab pen" I go to these stores and 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. This store is pleasant when you are paying their higher price. As long as there are no warranties or customer service involved. There are 4 other shops within a mile of this one. Use those. I will not be back to see Karen again. Hopefully she finds out what is making her so unpleasant to work with. Maybe get off her rear and come out of the office once in a while would help? The second pen was less than a week old and the second replacement was 2 weeks old 90% full. Not sure what exactly I was "scamming." "You are simply deflecting. The fact you push cheap products that fail, and you do not stand by your product. Then give a customer attitude when they try to return the product. Then do not follow your own return policy...... Speaks to who the real bully is, and volumes to how much you care about your customers. Hopefully the readers can read through your belligerent and misinformed response. And hopefully no one buys any of your products that carry any kind of warranty. Because you have shown you will not stand by them! A little integrity goes a long way. You seem to be lacking that aspect by your response. Good luck with your competitors! Not everyone scams customers out of a written warranty, then attacks them online. FYI I have been in business longer than you and have a higher rating. My Integrity is easily found online. I would never skip out on a warranty. Quick and efficient dispensary. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. The online menu makes the selection process a lot quicker. Line outside while store is at capacity - but they had canopies and heaters for the customers during the short wait. We got two carts. They offer a warranty on the carts for 30 days if they stop working. Good business. Will be back. read more

This is an edit from a 1 star review: I initially posted an issue I had during my last visit, which I felt was less than ideal. This wasn't a staff or store based issue (staff has always been great and the store is both clean and well laid out) but rather an oversight on a product description (since corrected). The owner reached out to me on here, listened to my concerns, explained what action they were going to take to resolve the issue long term, and then offered to make the immediate issue right. Needless to say, I was blown away by both their tact and efforts to correct the oversight long term. This is the first issue I've encountered in my almost weekly visits to the dispensary (over the past 6 months) and the manner in which it was resolved has made me a life long customer. If you want to support a local dispensary that actively listens to their customer base, on top of having quality products, I urge you to check this place out. Today I called about my grinder I bought a few weeks ago and the grinder is 40 dollars for the most piece of garbage grinder ever and the lady on the phone was laughing at my complaints and called me "bud" after i told her the grinder cut my fingers a few times because it gets stuck on the cheap paint it's made with also they didn't offer any store credit/refund/replacement I recommend to never buy any grinder or anything else from this company it's all cheap and they'll laugh in your face if you complain. read more

This is my go to place for marijuana because it's close to where I live. I usually stop by near almost closing time because I hate crowds. It's typically not too busy. Customer service is alright. I always place online orders so I can be in and out of there. One thing I don't like about this place is the people that stand by the door to check ID's, they can be pretty rude sometimes. Every time I wait in line they don't say hi, all they tell you is to whip out your ID. They need to improve on making it more clear on when to go inside. After the door person tells another employee inside that I have an online order they would look at me and wave there hands around telling me to go inside. There's been plenty of times where I've made the mistake of trying to go inside then get yelled at because it wasn't my turn. read more

My wife and I started going to this place in 2019. We were looking for edibles for my wife's fibromyalgia and something for sleep with me. We have yet to have any bad experiences. People have always been nice and informative. How they have handled the pandemic has also been great. I will say, the later you go, you get some employees that are clearly high, but it's more comical than anything. It hasn't swayed us. And lastly, it does suck they do not always have products you liked, or gotten to like, but we know it's not always their choice. They are willing to help you find ones that are similar.
