Every clone I have purchased here (6) has had thrips, and the smell of the bug spray on them was palpable. Finally decided on seeds instead... which are priced so ridicules as to be almost un-buyable. Out of the first five, only 1 popped, thanks guys. Second batch of five, 4 popped, but 2 had husks stuck that never came off, and the other 3 are so week and deformed they probably won't make it another week, thanks again. The Tenders are quite arrogant for what this dump looks like. If you try to complain or ask for a refund, yes, they will gaslight you. Hideously expensive, extremely inferior plants and seeds. All of the workers there feel they are drug dealers. The clones are infested with untreatable thrips and aphids. UPDATE: This is max with a review of archive as a whole and specifically getting given thrips ridden plants. Legitimately more than 50% working there feel they're a drug dealer or some sort of "bad man." As a result you will encounter bud tenders thinking you need to fellate them and that THEYRE doing YOU a favor. This is an issue as a whole with the cannabis industry and hinders larger acceptance. Also, I've had multiple issues with them in the past for refusing to give strain information for flower over the phone. A lot of the time it feels like dealing with the "cool kids" or a shitty zumiez from 2006. They intact aren't cool for the garbage customer service as it's a front facing position. Specifically after actually reading MULTIPLE reviews of the clones or their facility being overrun or not properly following IPM protocols, I'm done. They will refuse to take responsibility and drag out a simple refund over days for no reason. They will try and gaslight you. I think what's more frustrating is that they have the money to make sure that everything is tip top but want to cut corners. How the hell do you have black light to protect the flower from UV degradation but don't keep the clones clean! What's crazy in all of this is most MSOs will have somewhat good customer service, but it's always the "boutique" spots that want to be funny and haughty. How the hell other than old traditional market connections do you then keep and expand customer base etc? Archive isn't the only "boutique" dispensary to have this garbage attitude. Also again want to note that they REFUSED a refund but wanted to give me more sick plants. To note. How the hell could I have thrips in a brand new tent that got a 2:1 bleach solution cleaning?! Quite literally I'm often caught saying "I've never dealt with this etc," unfortunately this bs customer service is emblematic of the times now and it's worse because both MSOs and the small guys are trying to push costs on the consumer rather than do right by them I honestly hope this changes how people operate (especially the cloning facility, it's Fucking nasty you're destroying people's garden etc ON PURPOSE because you lazy slags can't follow proper procedures) but I know this will end up on some company board for them with a clown face. Please avoid their discord as well. Full of sycophants and fellating supporters who don't even get a kickback. Literal mindless zombies. Included pictures of the thrip ridden plants. Please note others have said that their pests don't even leave after applying vigorous amounts of OMRI listed pesticides. It's not normal to have to quarantine plants when taking in cuttings. Stop trying to pass the buck on the consumer and use your revenue to make sure everything is clean. No home grower has the money or space to buy two tents to quarantine plants etc. read more

The lady who was working with the tattoos on her finger was helpful and nice. These clones not only cost me what I paid archive but literally 10's of thousands of dollars in lost time, energy, and other genetics that I had to toss.
