Mentally ill people come in, sit down and rant about everything from killing people, to singing or swearing out loud while annoying customers, and OPS does nothing except ignore them at worst or perhaps watch them at best. OPS staff are always on their phones, sitting and scrolling through social media while anyone with eyes can see people stealing. They're an expense, not an investment.
