Knowing I had a sore shoulder and back, she put me on moist heat while she worked out the pain in my legs and feet. I have some chronic shoulder, hip, and neck issues due to past sports' injuries and I get deep tissue massage where I live at my doctor's office. Jess is hands down as good as they are at really intuiting which muscles need which type of pressure and care.
