I've been going to Mame Reynolds at Timeless Massage for around one year, every month. Getting comfortable with the idea of doing something so completely self-focused took me one visit because Mame was so good at making me feel welcome. Between daily exercises and Mame's skilled massage therapy, I've been able to resolve some physical problems without drugs or surgery. If I could, I'd do this every week, but just once a month has made a wonderful difference in my well-being. I have been going to this Massage therapy business, Timeless Massage since April 2019 every week! I moved back home to Syracuse NY and wanted to find a good place to go for a massage! I totally recommend Mame as she has been my massage therapist for over 2 years (weekly) and she's wonderful! the owner is a very kind, considerate wonderful woman about to give birth to twins (May or June 2021) ! The place is always clean and relaxing an atmosphere! For me, Mame is one of the most genuine wonderful masseuse's I have ever had in my life. She actually calms me just being in her presence and each week on Friday I get an A+ massage (deep tissue) from her! Definitely worth my time and money! read more

I tried Timeless Massage for the first time today. It looked like a nice place, and the sign attracted my attention whenever I drove by. I thought about going there several times, but I don't often have an opportunity to have a massage. I'd heard from someone recently it was a great place to go which convinced me to give them a try. I went online and reserved my appointment yesterday, very convenient. If you prepay online, you get a good discount. For some reason the site gave me trouble prepaying so Amanda, the owner, gave me the discount anyway when I mentioned it. I thought that was really awesome of her! The inside of the business (converted house) is very nicely setup, reception with a seating area, a big clean restroom, and nice treatment rooms. The scent was pleasant (Young Living essential oils emitting from a vaporizer) as well. I was in the front room which has 2 massage beds and is spacious. There's an electric fireplace which provided enough warmthfor me to be comfortable. When I flipped over onto my back, Amanda offered me something to block the light because the curtains blocked all but a small stream of light which was a nice touch. She used cocoa butter when massaging me which I love the smell of and left me moisturized. The important part, the massage, was very good. She moved my each of legs up and then back and forth after massaging each one lengthwise. I don't think anyone's ever done that to me during a massage. It felt really good seeing as one issue I have is with hip pain. I work in the dental field and get very tense in my neck and shoulders as well. Amanda took a lot of time really working out the knots on both sides. I feel like I can relax my shoulders again. The hour was up too soon. She accepts all forms of payment even checks which I never use, but some clients may prefer that. I paid with American Express. I'm hoping not to wait too long between massages as I have in the past and will definitely return in the future. It's got that nice, homey feel which I felt very comfortable in, and Amanda seems approachable and reasonable so if I had a special request, I wouldn't hesitate to ask. read more

I just wanted to share my incredible experiences I've been having since starting to go to Timeless Massage. I have been working with Amanda for about 2 x per week for 2 weeks for cervical disc herniation as well as a multitude of severe back spasms, tightness and excruciating pain. To say that she has the gift of healing through just hands. She is absolutely amazing! Her work on me has included cupping as well as deep tissue massage. I've been to just about every spa and other specialty massage businesses, but I can honestly say that not one could compare to what Amanda has to offer. She is so in tune to where your body needs the most work and provides just the right treatment to those areas. She has helped me tremendously thus far. I'm so thankful to have found her. As a side, I must add that the first few times I went to Timeless Massage I worked with Mame, who is also fantastic herself! I started working with Amanda because she offers cupping, whereas Mame does not. However, I would highly recommend Mame as well if you are not interested in cupping. I had a massage with Brittany and had an excellent experience. The facility itself is very clean, calming and welcoming. As far as the massage, it was exactly what I was looking for.
