The parts to repair my trailer came in wrong the first time so they contacted me to keep ny trailer til the right parts came in. It took a few nonths but eventually they finished. I could not pick up the trailer for a few weeks after it was completed due to medical issues, but it was already in the yard for a few months waiting for them to repair it so they agreed ti keep it til I coupd get in to get it. I picked up the trailer and when I finally opened it up to look through it and prepare for a trip I was shocked to find mice had torn into seal bags of rice and flour in the pantry. I then noticed my carpets were full of mouse poo and smelt of urine like months of mice traveling through leaving a disaster that left my trailer smelling like a Hampster cage. I called and was told it was my fault for leaving it there the extra couple weeks because the months they had it wouldn't be the issue, no it was the extra couple weeks it took me to get the trailer after they finally finished the job. I was then asked if I had ICBC, I just paid them a 500 deductable. I was then told well don't leave food in your trailer open for mice, to which I responded the bags were completely sealed and chewed through which i have pictures of. Everything in the trailer has always been in my trailer and never were mice ever an issue and the team of proffessionals who tested and cleaned my trailer just before I dropped it off can confirm this. I will update this review after I speak to the owner. I was told he would not take responsibility for the damage by his staff today which is shocking. BBB has also been contacted and will be updated as well. I did not expose my trailer to mice their yard did. I did take a few weeks after the job was completed but the trailer was still there because they told me they were keeping it to order the parts. The work they did was great and they helped me by holding it a couple extra weeks. But I signed off on it and paid them the deductable to make sure they got paid asap because the parts took so long I did not want them to wait any longer for their work. But now they are blaming me for the mice that happened in their yard. I'm dissapointed with them to say the least but lets hope they make things right and turn this review into a better one. They do descent work but they need to do something a out the rodent problem. And when rodents infest a trailer in their care they need to be responsible for cleaning it as feces and rodent urine is toxic and I just had the trailer cleaned top to bottom I want it back clean not a health hazard.

For those who think they're getting ripped off due to their own lack of knowledge I'd suggest googling your cars symptoms so you at least have some idea of what the trouble may be going in. I just had a timing belt/water pump done on a Toyota Camry and was very satisfied. A few years back I took my GMC truck in for a starting issue. They said they fixed it but the same problem arose a few days later. They towed my truck back and fixed it right this time and we agreed on a fair price for the visit. Pretty simple business model. If you're happy, you'll go back.

I posted photos of his crap work on his FB page and he quickly deleted them. I have posted the same photos of his poor work on another review and they are there for all to see. Be cautious when dealing with this individual, he is misleading and not the technical nor professional that he claims he is. Very disappointed in in the work and his unethical practices. Terrible experience and calling names to his customer really goes a long way in the promotion of a business. I could have bought a brand new trailer for the amount he charged.

When I contacted a number of local shops asking for quotes on this project, responses ranged from "too busy" to "too much trouble!" When I emailed Tech Trailer, the response was simple, "we can do it!" I met with Dan, the owner and was immediately impressed by his passion and attention to detail. Wij hadden een fietsrek geleend met bijhorende fietsen ,fietsrek was stuk daar hebben we dan ook nog veel tijd verloren tegen het half hersteld was.En de fietsen waren allesbehalve gebruiksklaar .We moesten maar zelf de banden oppompen.kortom meer dan 4 uur verloren,En trouwens niemand meer zien toekomen na ons dus ze waren ons gewoon vergeten op te pikken aan het hotel.
