I purchased 150 koozies on very short notice for a best friends after funeral celebration. i put her name , birth year and year of death on one side and kustom koozies added an angel on the other side that I asked them to do. They turned out beautifully and arrived in time. As it turned out, there was no after funeral party as another sister of my friend was on her death bed so the family did not have a party. This was really a 4-star experience but only due to my fault in a learning curve handshake on how to do biz here via their art department ... which will produce 5-star experience thereafter. They offer the hard-to-find taller koozies that serve both skinny & tall cans to 19.2oz and with a stretch 16.9oz bottles. The graphics printed are as good as you send. Min. order is 5 that doesn't break the bank and serves well a test flight for future orders. I guess the only koozie that could now capture my biz would be those extra thick ones that might be invented in taller sizes, then actually fit the 19.2-16.9ox described above. I have to say the user interface to create your own custom design was fantastic. No issues with order purchase or notifications on ship date. Just received the product and it turned out fantastic. The only reason I do not give them five stars is because the use of FedEx. Shipping process was atrocious. My products shipping information was incorrect with FedEx not with the manufacture. Arrived 5 days late and negligible assistance with FedEx. I would gladly do business with them again but only if shipped from somebody else or local pick up only. read more
