When I went to pick up, I got to meet Tim and that's always nice. I also got to meet their sweet greeter - a little pup and all she wanted was her belly rubbed. I could have stayed there all day. Their customer service is great I can expect an email quote within 24 hrs. most the time they are even quicker then that. They will send you a proof of your print job to approve before they actually print it, and let you know as soon as it's ready for pick up. My vinyl banners have turned out great! For my big print jobs I can always count on PIP and it's great that they are local. The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door.
