Kustom Koozies is helpful and affordable, and I was super pleased with my Koozies when I received them! Turnover was quicker than quoted and I found they are great promo gear all the way out in West Africa! I was able to use keyrings to attach my own custom bottle openers to the zipper pull as well, which made an awesome promo gift. The only complaint I have is that the actual printing quality wasn't super consistent. Some of the koozies ended up looking a different color because the ink wasn't thick enough, so the black showed through. Some of them had uneven ink on a single koozie, giving a gradient effect that wasn't ideal. Overall I'm pleased for the price, just hoped for consistency. I will order again either way. read more

When I expressed concern, they assured me it was 2 day shipping; well guess what, 2 days turned into 4. I received the koozies a day later than my "must have" date; literally the night before the party. They should have been packed into the TY bags days in advance! Of course they didn't offer any money back (like the "rush" charge, when they clearly didn't rush), they just put the blame on FedEx. and took no responsibility for their snail pace in making the product that they knew had a deadline. Can't say enough good things about this company. Looked at several online companies to design a custom Koozie for a birthday party. This company was everything I was looking for. Let me submit my own design, able to order exactly the number of Koozies I wanted (wasn't restricted to buying an exorbitant amount, like several websites I looked at), great prices, quick turn around time, able to have the koozie double sided and different print on each side, and they even sent an actual photo of the koozie when they were ready to ship. First experience and design went ok, but the website is terrible. Reorder was terrible. I called (cause I couldn't figure out the website) to reorder the exact order and they came wrong. The customer service was terrible. They argued with me they did nothing wrong. The color of ink was yellow and not green. The logo that was changed was not changed on my first order and although looked "like a dot" it was still the logo. Additionally, the change affected the boat's manufacturer's logo and not mine. Honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I tried to get a rush order in and they assured me I would have my T-Shirts before I left for my trip. I had to keep calling them multiple times each day to get an update. Never once did they respond to emails and then they tried to blame me that the order was not ready on time. When I asked why they could not simply pick up the phone and just give me updates on my order EVER their excuse was "The day just got away from us." Are you serious? That is your response. Even the night before the order was due at 6PM I was assured the shirts would be ready by 11AM the next day. Drove 30 minutes to their location and once I get there the incompetent staff says sorry your order won't be ready for another 2 hours. Not once did they think to call me to tell me that. Instead I drove 30 minutes and had to leave for my trip without the shirts. I could have gone with another company that is more reliable and provides better customer service. I would take my business somewhere else in Raleigh. And I am still waiting to hear back from management who said they would contact me. It's been a WEEK! What a joke! read more

We had ordered a few thousand Koozies from this company over the last 5 or so years. This year I decided to change the design a little. I re-submitted the art work and ordered 900 koozies. The koozies came in and they weren't nearly as well laid out as before. They actually took my artwork, moved graphics around, and split the file to be two files to print front/back instead of rolling on like they'd done for us in the past. I submitted a single file for a reason, because that's the way I wanted it done. Same way it had been done for the last several orders of 1000 koozies each. I truly believe it was a miscommunication between myself and whoever sent me the proof yet I still don't know why they'd hack up my design without mentioning anything to me. Honest mistake I suppose but I sent an e-mail and asked if there was any way to fix it. I was finally put in touch with Judy who told me to send her the pictures of the old koozies vs the new again and as soon as she got the pictures she'd call me right back. I sent the pictures twice. The second time with a read receipt which confirmed she got them. I never heard back. Absolutely will not order from them again. I understand mistakes can happen and I wasn't looking for anything for free. The koozies are still usable and we just give them away as a promo but at least call me back and tell me it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication. Don't just hope things go away because the only thing going away now is what was a loyal customer who ordered 1000 koozies a year. read more
