We hired Kutler back in 2018 and were with them for quite awhile the only thing that got accomplished was getting the Trust portion of what we owed paid. Nothing was accomplished with the penalties and interest. So we left them and went to M&M Tax resolution, not any better maybe even worse so we went back with Kutler in 2023 paid what was requested and were told this would be the last time we have to pay because they will get it settled. Come 2024 they send us a bill for $10,000 to continue because nothing had been settled or anything accomplished except now we owe the IRS $275,000, we have gone in reverse. So we have dumped this company again and will never us them again. If you have tax problems I would strongly advise you not to use this company they don't get what they say they are going to do done and you will pay for it. read more

This company scams people. They are crooks. Stay clear of them. Don't be foolish like I was. I wish I had checked the reviews before I fell victim to their cold-calling scare tactics. They promised me a resolution FROM the IRS in 30 days (of course, they will say that they only meant that the resolution from their office would be sent to the IRS within 30 days. This is an outright lie). They also said during the initial call that they could work on getting my taxes lowered once the resolution was in place, but I found out months down the road that this would cost me extra money. Of course they will deny making this promise as well. I made the foolish decision to hire them in the Fall of 2023, and my case has still not been resolved. They kept giving me the runaround over and over how it was nearly impossible to get through to the IRS and get a resolution. Yesterday, I asked Dana if they thought my case would be resolved by this Fall, which will have been one full year since I made the huge mistake of hiring them. She forwarded my email to the meanest, most vile human being I have ever dealt with, Kira Barrett, who talked down to me, treating me like a child. She is a monster. If you don't agree with her stall tactics, then she rips you to shreds, making it sound like you are the bad guy for not trusting them. I detest this woman. The worst part is that I stood up to this vile monster and she closed my case! Just like that. Because I hurt her "feelings", as if she has any. She is a sociopath; she has no feelings. She plays with your emotions, which is detestable, since all we want is to get the IRS off our backs and try to live our lives in peace. So, I lost $2,500. Nothing was resolved. No resolution. No protection from the IRS. And the worst part? They simply don't care. They just want to steal your money and make promises they have no intention of keeping, kicking the can down an endless road that leads to nowhere but heartache. I intent to place this review everywhere I can. I plan to contact the BBB. And I plan to contact the Attorney General in their state. And, just to prove that I am not crazy, I called my attorney and asked her if Kutler was legit. Her response? "No, not at all! They will rip you off." Lesson learned. She gave me the name of a good tax attorney, who I plan on using to sue this bogus company who does nothing but scam you out of your hard-earned money. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I had a great experience with Kutler. Jeana and Angie were thorough and responsive, and my matter was 100% resolved with no problems. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the whole process took 2mo to resolve, instead of the 2 weeks expected. I'd chalk that up to the tax system as much as Kutler work. If you have a relatively simple tax challenge, Kutler may be a great solution. I can't speak to whatever issues others have had, which sound terrible - but I genuinely am happy I worked with Kutler to resolve my issue. read more

Kutler Tax Resolution are the best at what they do period. I had serious issues with the IRS and I owed them more that 50K, with a very complicated case. I hired special CPA's and spent over 1.5 years fighting to no avail, and in less than half Kutler got on the phone gave me a plan, told me what to expect, and all I had to do is sit back and let them do what they do best. They had the entire amount removed, and my lien removed and brought my account current. Words cannot express how professional, and forthcoming they are. I will recommend them to everyone I know. First of all, it seems their only positive reviews are fake...but don't take my word for it, read them yourself. That being said, these people are so unethical. Based on the two times I've spoken to them by phone, I would NEVER use their service. I answered the phone and said they needed to speak to the owner, that they had spoken to him a couple weeks ago. I told them I knew they hadn't talked to him, that he doesn't take phone calls, he insisted he had spoken to him and that he was helping him out. I could see right through him and finished the phone call Call #2, he said hey there in just working on getting those tax records checked out for you and requested more info. I told he was absolutely not doing that. He insisted he had been given the go-ahead. I confirmed with my employer, he had never spoken to him nor requested help. I don't see how starting out a professional relationship with deceit would EVER work to solicit business or foster a sense of trust.
