However, I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee. When I asked why he told me to contact the app directly. They informed me it was up to him to refund me. When I reached back out he said the policy is 50% and he refused to refund the money. He was rude, unprofessional and said he didn't care about my review. Can't speak on the cuts but the customer service was trash! You didn't explain. You told me to contact the app and that I cancelled within 24 hours... which I didn't. You then asked for screenshots I didn't have. I contacted you the next morning bc I got an email saying to reach back out to you for the refund, to which you still said no. At that point, yeah I told you keep the money because I wasn't going back and forth with you. Like I said... trash.

Paid him with a tip, came back the second time and it was a complete different experience. He forgot that I went to him the first time and was nonchalant about my haircut. I was very specific in how I wanted him to cut and the only thing he did right was line my beard up more thicker. He still didn't shape it and he barely touched my top or line my front hairline. My fade was not on par. I will never come back to him, if I do go back to the shop it'll be with another barber not him.
