What an experience! If you go to a mean and rough dentist, you want to switch to this place! All…read morethe staff was friendly. I got a tour of the office and they offer a coffee bar. I would recommend becky the hygienist because she's young, friendly and gentle. She converses with you with everything about your visit and just life in general. This place makes the dentist a not so scary place! It's a comfortable and calming atmosphere. It was definitely a good choice because I had to switch dentists because mine retired m who I had gone to and trusted my whole life. I'm glad I found a place that I could trust and happily refer others to!

I've had some awful experiences with other dental groups so of course I had reservations when I first went to this group. But not any more! There is only one hygienist that I've had here that is actually gentle and seems to care, but my…read morevisit on Friday was not that. She was scraping my teeth and poking my gums so badly. It is always painful going to this dentist. She didn't even put the Xray vest on me either, not sure if it's required anymore, but I don't want to be exposed to the radiation. Dr. Keller is usually always friendly, but there was a woman dentist that came around to do the check in, and she just looked for 1 minute after I was waiting there for 10 minutes. I always dread going to the dentist and this didn't make it much better.

I see why he was thrown out of the dental office in Kutztown office. Works in a Topton at a nursing home and is so unprofessional, unethical, unsanitary and lazy. He uses the same gloves and instrutments and says he does procedures and he doesn't. I hope he is not working as a dentist in another nursing home!!!!!! It is a shame that administration thinks he is good and honest and he is not. They wont do anything. Becareful of him.
