I don't trust my teeth to anyone else. He's not a pushy dentist and doesn't try to sell unnecessary products or services on you. For years, he didn't even make me get x-rays, although he encouraged it. When I finally did, we discovered a cavity, which he filled last week. He numbed me up real good and I felt nothing. As I drove home, I felt a sharp spot over the filling, so I turned around. He immediately took me back in and smoothed it over. I really appreciate how he wanted to make it right for me. The dental hygienists and support staff are also very friendly and kind. The office has a cheerful atmosphere where everyone seems to get along which is important for making patients feel comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Terry Marcincin highly enough.

Shannon the doctor's help was extremely kind and willing to take us in as a new patient and work around my schedule. I felt extremely comfortable with the Dr. Hyduk. Let's face it, going to the dentist sometimes can be stressful. I had to have a cavity filled and he did it with no novocaine, per my request and I did not feel any pain. I had a very bad experience recently. They sent a text to my husband, who did not have an…read moreappointment, to update my son's and my records. I used my husbands phone to sign the HIPPA forms. Upon arrival the receptionist said that I had to put all of our personal information, insurance info and and medical information into their new portal since they had a new computer system and texted links to me to do it separately for myself and my son. I said that I wished that they would transfer the information from there old system and she said yes, me too. I told her when I was having trouble with the with the portal and she just looked at me. While I was sitting in the waiting room entering information I heard a hygienist come to look for us and the receptionist told her that we cannot go back until I finish entering the portal. While this was going on another patient came in with another person and was in the waiting room cursing including using the F word. Then the receptionist addressed him by his first name and told him he could go back, which led me to believe that she knew him. No, hey sorry about the language, etc. Not a good environment when you have a child/children with you. When we went back to the exam room the hygienist said that the dentist would exam my teeth before she cleaned them and he did; which doesn't seem like a thorough exam to me but it seemed that he was planning to leave for the evening. When the hygienist asked to re-schedule us, I told her that I didn't think that we'd be back. When she asked why, I said that I would include it in my survey response since they normally send a link after appointments. I did mention to bad environment in the waiting room for children and she responded that it wasn't an employee but a patient. I would be apologizing if it was one of my customers but I guess that the medical / dental industry handles things differently. Any-who, I guess they didn't want the feedback since for the first time I did not receive a text with a link to a survey. There has been a lot of turn-over with the hygienist and front office employees since Dr. Wolfe has retired and the service is not the same.

They told me I have over 12 cavities so I went back to my normal dentist to have him look, and he said there weren't even things to watch for. They were all so tiny that fillings are completely unnecessary and wouldn't get worse as long as I improved my dental care. Also, my hygienist at Wolfe Dental was sweet, however the doctor was not. She did not introduce herself to me and did not even tell me I had any cavities until I received my treatment plan and saw it myself.
