I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .

She received lower dentures from him, and they were incredibly painful and never fit properly. Despite many, many visits over a 2-3 year period, he was unable to fix the issue. What frustrated us the most was that he never took a mold of her top teeth to ensure the lower dentures would match properly. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, especially since he would not break down the invoice for me. Quite suspicious. I would never recommend him.

The minute I walked into the Hamilton Design Dental office I was greeted and treated well. I was taken in in a timely manner and met Mellisa who did my check up and cleaning. The cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes and only included a quick scraping and polish. There was no thorough exam -- no gum measurements, no photos, and no detailed explanation of findings shown on a big screen. The dentist herself spent barely three minutes with me, glanced at my X-rays from across the room, and said everything looked fine. This was concerning because my previous dentist had already informed me that two of my silver fillings were leaking and needed replacement, which this dentist said are fine. Missed other issues my previous dentist had flagged as well. I also asked about possible thrush. She took a two-second look and told me I didn't have it. The very next day, my family doctor diagnosed me with a severe case that required 21 days of treatment. Since then, I've gone to another dentist who addressed my cavities properly and even removed stains from my teeth -- something this office told me wasn't possible. To make matters worse, the billing was misleading. Before my appointment, I confirmed multiple times (via email, voicemail, and even their own website) that they accepted my insurance. At checkout, I was told I owed nothing. Later, I received a bill for over $150 because they claimed it was out of network. My insurance did cover part of it, but the balance due was still higher than what I would have paid out of pocket at another dentist -- where I also would have received a much more thorough cleaning and exam. Now they continue to call and threaten collections, despite my having proof of what I was told regarding insurance. Good luck to them! Overall, I had a poor experience with the care, professionalism, and billing practices at this office, and I recommend seeking care elsewhere. If you're looking for quality care, I highly recommend R&W dental or Malloy & Devine Signature Dental. Both provide thorough exams, take the time to explain everything, and deliver the level of professionalism and treatment patients deserve.
