Their unique take on traditional food truck fair like tacos and nachos and adding a twist of Cajun and frontier flavor combinations that make for a new and interesting mobile dining experience. I have to say that I am really a fan of their nachos!! They are piled high and are full of great flavor. I really enjoy the color combos and the crunch of fresh red onions. The pork sliders are great. Even the beef sliders are to die for. Again the unique take on blending Cajun spices with a frontier or Yukon theme and then the fusion of street food makes for a delightful food truck meal or snack.
