I frequently visit Noblitea in Owasso and I have my regular teas that I order. On this particular visit, I ordered something out of my norm and got the Candy Cane Lane blended tea. It was quite yummy with just the right amount of mint. I have always received great service both when I go inside or thru the drive-thru. I prefer to go inside as I can take awhile to decide which tea I want. They can easily accomodate sugar content and alternate dairy requests. They have many options on the menu as well as a self-serve tea bar, loose-leaf teas and accessories for home brewing. They even have rotating fresh snacks and gallons to-go. read more

Mary and Danny were very friendly! Mary had great customer service and went above and beyond to help us. This was my first time trying out this Owasso location.I personally liked it better than the Rose District one. Especially when it comes to my experience with the helpful employees. The second you walk in you are greeted and helped. You really need that in this type of an establishment because there are so many choices and variants of tea, and it can be a bit overwhelming. This is like gourmet tea. The loose leaf here is incredible. Herbal and hibiscus teas are not produced from tea leaves, they are dried fruits and herbs. They can help with so many issues with the body. Headaches, menstrual cramps, weight loss etc. Black teas help with heart disease, blood pressure, cholesterol etc. I love tea can you tell?? Learning about tea has been very interesting to me, especially the last couple of days. All the benefits it aids in helping your body is incredible. Any tea that you get here is made to order and super fresh!!! They have a "quick service" bar in the back where you can choose which teas you want to sample, also have an ice machine and cups so you can self serve yourself a nice ice tea to go! We decided to get tea again since we were nearby. Tried two flavors - White Silk Earl Grey and Jasmine Pearls. My husband and I both chose the stronger flavors and told them that we would like a stronger brew. The teas were still not strong enough for us, and it seems that the cost is different depending on the flavor that you choose. Kind of confusing if you ask me.. Either way, the tea should be a lot stronger if we are paying $5.69 for iced tea with milk. read more

Employees are very accommodating, not especially helpful, seemed like even they couldn't explain how things worked there. I needed a decaffeinated drink but employees seemed baffled by the request. One employee actually apologized to the other because we were making it too hard for him by making the request and were keeping him past his quitting time. I kept seeing people talking on social media about this place so I decided to stop by and give it a try. I'm a pretty basic tea drinker. The only tea I usually drink is good old fashioned sweet tea. I thought I'd mix it up today and try something new. They have a summer menu right now and asked the staff for a recommendation. The Tahitian refresher didn't disappoint. It was sweet but not overly sweet. It was refreshing and just what I was looking for. The drive thru line moved fairly quickly. I'll be going back to try another one. read more

While I didn't get any pictures of the purchase I want to do a review for this company. I went because my sister was having anxiety really bad. Not sure what to get her, I stopped in and explained to the tea specialist what was going on. They stated that no caffeine would be best. They made a special tea that took about 5 minutes to make. They make it on the spot when you order. They also sell tea in store to take home with you. While I didn't stay long, they do have a wide variety to select from when arriving in there. They have a small sitting area to meet with friends. Overall the experience was pleasant and they didn't rush me or seem bothered when telling them about my sister. It was kind and I am thankful that they helped me and went the extra mile. I will be returning at a later date to try the tea for myself. read more

When Tea 2 Go first open in Owasso it was my favorite place. Alex and Abbey were amazing always so helpful and friendly we went in daily. I would have gave it 5 stars when it first opened. Now due to the lack of customer service I only give this place 2 stars. One night we went not realizing it was 2 till eight as we walked up to the door a girl working ran to the door locked it and laughed. Once we got to the door we seen they closed at 8 o'clock. Instead of locking the door and laughing about it she could have said we are closed. Millenniums have a lot to learn about customer service they also need to realize it is one of the most important aspect of a business. Treat others like you would want to be treated. read more

I love this place and the staff so much, but I had to leave just 4 stars as masks are rarely being worn by customers, even when it gets extremely crowded in such a tiny space, so I've been avoiding my daily tea breaks. I've been here only twice. The first time I was in we had the sweetest girl who made us feel so welcomed and even helped us pick what we should get. She was so very helpful and I wish I knew her name! But the second time I came there was MARY she was literally the rudest person. She had her friend in there and basically ignored us the entire time. All she said was let me know if I can get you anything and went straight back to talking to her friend. It was the most uncomfortable thing. I really appreciate the first girl I met! Mary doesn't seem to know how to do her job as good. I'm glad I at least heard her tell her friend she needs Friday's off so she only has to work Monday and Tuesday now I know exactly when not to come read more

This place is completely awesome! Been here back when it was tea to go and now nobilitea. They have a lot of assortments of teas and new items in. My daughter has discovered she likes the pumpkin spice patch drink and I'm always a fan of the raspberry green sweet tea with flavor crystals. So yummy! Daughter loves the edible cookie dough they offer as well and we both love the flavored honey straws! Will be back over and over and over! Happy for the rewards program as well! read more

This place is great..it's almost like a starbucks but with tea. You are greeted pretty much as soon as you walk into the store and the staff will explain everything to you and is more than willing to answer any questions you have. I ordered rose tea, a white tea. I've had excellent rose tea from a package; I've had enchanting rose tea in Fayetteville. This was hot water. No taste. I told the young woman behind the counter and she asked if she could brew it stronger. I almost said yes, until she touched her nose. My daughter liked her Plaid Pajamas, but it was too sweet for my taste. Nothing spectacular here. A truly flavorful tea can be enjoyed without adding anything to it. read more
