Tried their specialty item for a tasty Sunday brunch today. Coconut Chicken and Ube Waffles. They knocked this one out of the park! I have tried the lumpia and Halo Halo before and those are also delicious. Hoping they will get a permanent location someday! I loved the fact that a food truck has a paging system to let you know when your order is ready because standing in a parking lot outside in Oklahoma in July is quite toasty. But Well worth the 8-10 minute wait today. You can't rush perfection

A little on the expensive side for rice noodles and a little bit of steak. $22 on DD but the food is soooooo good. Filipino soul food. The Teas are really good as well. Very good balance with the tea and the fruit flavors neither over power the other.

I went to Manila Ice the other day that is normally operated as a food truck but was in the Mother Road Market takeover cafe last couple of days. I'm telling y'all his take on Filipino food is amazing! Anthony and Melissa Santos are some of the most down to earth people you will meet and Tulsa is blessed to have them bringing us this underrepresented Asian cuisine. Anthony is a classicly training chef with years in the restaurant business before branching out on his own. And I for one, am so grateful he took a chance on this dream. I am half Filipino myself and can give an honest opinion that his dishes are the real deal. Full of flavor and not watered down! It brought me back to my childhood memories of visiting my mother's family in the Philippines in the mid 80's. Today I had his Sisig Pancit Bihon noodle dish (won a recent fan vote to make) that is normally two distinct Filipino dishes that he did a fusion/mashup bang up job on, so savory and delicious! In the same pic is a classic Beef Lumpia (Shanghai Style) with sweet chili sauce. The crunch and flavor is amazing as expected as lumpia is the better looking, better tasting cousin of the ordinary egg roll. Packed full of meat versus packed with 90% tasteless cabbage. The third dish to top things off is Halo-halo that took my taste buds to the stratosphere! Great layers of shaved ice, various tropical fruits and jellies, sweeten condensed milk and scoops of ube and coconut ice cream. OH MY GOODNESS! All I can say is wow! Y'all need to follow them on Facebook, look up their schedule and take part in this experience. You will not be disappointed. Tell Chef Anthony I sent ya and spread the word!

Fellow friends, you better get on it before people taste this bit of heaven or they will start running out of bbq to share. We got the chubby cheeks taco, a beef rib and heritage pork rib. Everything was just love. I can't explain it well enough but when you try, you'll know what I'm taking about. My absolute favorite was the Beef rib. The beef rib was melt in the mouth, succulent and perfectly seasoned. My bbq soul is complete. Their bbq sauce they have is fantastic and their other sauces are killer too! The service was fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful. It's a food truck so I'm sure they move around but this time they were located behind American Solera. I can confidently say they are the bbq masters of Tulsa. I can't believe Tulsa would have such amazing BBQ but these folks do it right. Overall, it's the best BBQ I've ever put in my mouth! They know exactly what they are doing with their meats. I'll be back in the future.

It's hard to fathom that the meat could be that smoky, juicy and flavorful. The sliced brisket is better than anything you will find in town without a doubt in my mind. I can honestly say that you would be doing yourself a disservice by skipping this place next time you're out for bbq or tacos.

Their menu is pretty straightforward with common offerings like quesadillas, street tacos, tortas, burritos, and aguas frescas. I visited after the lunch rush, so it wasn't busy and the staff took my order right away. Their birria tacos and street tacos are delicious. Not a lot of places have suadero (thin cut of beef) as a meat, so that's a great option. Their horchata is pretty good too. I ordered my food to go and waited inside Brice's coffee. However, they do have some covered sitting available. I believe the idea is to make the spot into a food truck park (there's already a burger truck and soon there'll be a ramen one).

Ribs had a nice bark, not overcooked. Brisket also had a nice bark, great smoke flavor. Beans were perfect, mac and cheese could use a little salt but that's an easy fix you make on your own. My only disappointment was I got there too late to try the burnt ends! If I'm ever back in Tulsa, this will be one of my first stops. Sn: I decided to try this place out solely due to the owner being under a Reddit post highlighting other local bbq restaurants even tho, they had recently just opened up!

That's a bit disappointing but the nature of the BBQ Biz. Being in Tulsa, i had to try the Smoked bologna. It was well presented, and tasted good. It was also bologna. So, if you like bologna, you will be impressed Should have got the Brisket which is what i was advised to get by the very nice and patient counter person . But they were out of the turkey. Go, get the brisket or maybe the turkey. Listen to the server

The best baloney sandwich I've ever had was what my grandmother used to make---thick slices of baloney (the kind with the red film around the edge) on white bread slathered with mayo. Sorry, Grandma, Baloney Maroney's is MUCH better. I was expecting a thick slice of baloney but it was shaved. I ordered the Tulsan. The white bread was toasted perfectly, the lettuce and tomato were fresh and that shaved smoked baloney.... No words. The chef was so friendly. Good price too. I will be back to try some of their other offerings.

I remember laughing when I read the name Baloney Maroney's on a sticker. I asked a local if it was a real place. He said yeah, not only is it a real place, it's just up the block on the other side of the street. So, of course I had to check it out. Now, this place specializes in Smoked Bologna Sandwiches, and they have like five different versions on the Menu. I had no idea what to order. I told the guy at the ordering window I had never had a Smoked Bologna Sandwich before and asked for his recommendation. Without any hesitation he told me to get The Tulsa. "The Tulsa?" I asked as I quickly glanced at the menu trying to find out what else besides smoked bologna was on the sandwich. "Yes", he answered. "The Tulsa. It's Perfect." When he handed me my sandwich five minutes later I discovered he wasn't lying. That sandwich was perfect. Magnificent in its simplicity, this sandwich far exceeded my loftiest expectations. I particularly love that it's made with a good quality, toasted white bread. The lettuce and tomato are the perfect balance to the bologna. And let me tell you, that smoked bologna is Freaking Epic. I appreciate that it was smoky, but not overly smoky. I also appreciate that there was a good portion of meat on the sandwich. My only regret is I only ordered one sandwich. My visit was just before the place closed for the day. By the time I finished my sandwich and realized I wanted another one, they were closed. For god's sake, don't let this happen to you! Be smart, order yourself an extra sandwich. Even if you don't think you can eat another sandwich, get one anyway. You won't be sorry. That sandwich was the best sandwich I had in the first quarter of 2026, and is now in the running for my personal Sandwich of The Year. Mikey C says: thank you, Baloney Maroney!
