They ask you to verify your name, address, phone number and your pharmacy. While you have to raise your voice back and forth you're sharing ALL your personal info to everyone in the waiting room. Has anyone in this office heard about the medical privacy act of 1996. All of this is against the law. I've brought it up a few times to doctors and staff and they shrug it off. The receptionists are very rude. The doctors are pretty good. But everyone else is lame.

I no people hear alot of bad things about local hospitals and I am one of those that have done…read morethat. But I do have to say that the doctors, nurses, surgery dept., radiology, nurses in the delivery dept. Lab, Dr Brown in urology, the ladies at the check in desk and everyone else behind the scenes. Everyone is very courteous and always seem concerned about there patients. They are always very professional. I'm glad that we have a hospital in this area that is always prepared and has the doctors and specialist to take care of you. The only critism I have is sometimes if u have to go to the ER after hours it can be a long wait even once they put u n a room, but that is the same at every ER I've been to.. so don't drive along ways to a hospital when Johnson County Regional here in Clarksville, AR is top notch.
